Our family enjoyed the yummy ice cream at Matt’s so much we went 2 days in a row! It was very busy both evenings but the staff worked very hard to meet every customer’s ice cream needs with a smile! Would highly recommend!
Matt’s icecream was a hit for all of us. We had key lime pie, butter pecan, Cookie Monster, and Carmel cheesecake. Very good fresh delicious icecream. Servers were friendly and engaging. We will be visiting again this trip.
Over 30 flavors. Very smooth ice cream. Cost is similar to most ice cream shops. They do have other items available besides ice cream.
Everytime I come to Gulf Shores I come here at least twice and everytime I come I'm amazed at how good it is! Today I got a scoop of mango sorbet and a scoop of raspberry sorbet on a waffle cone and both were great. I decided to go back and get a scoop of coffee ice cream and I was equally impressed. Honestly can say I've never had better ice cream anywhere and this place is worth a stop if you're vacationing in Gulf Shores or even anywhere remotely close.
Good ice cream without a doubt, just a little pricey compared to a couple others. It's worth going, but if you're budget conscious, check around. The ice cream was very rich, smooth and full of flavor. I had the caramel peanut butter cookie dough waffle cone.
The ice cream at Matt’s is so fresh and creamy! It’s by far the best ice cream in Gulf Shores and worth the wait. They offer a big selection of flavors along with sundaes and shakes. The white house cherry was amazing!!!
You should stop by it’s worth the parking and the wait. We loved the caramel cheese cake Cookie Monster and coconut. My son enjoyed his Cookie Monster ( cookies n cream colored blue)
Hands down best ice cream EVER!!!!!! It was alittle busy when we stopped in but the service was quick and the gentlemen helping us was so nice. My kids begged to go back before we headed home.
We visited Matt’s I’m May 2022. The visit was great but the best part was Isabella and her smile and friendly attitude! She was full of positivity and her recommendation of Butterscotch Bomb flavor was spot on! Thank you! ?
Wow! What great creamy and tasty ice creams! Best part was all the unique flavors that one doesn’t see at other ice cream parlors. Definitely a must visit when in town.
