We went @12:37 on 7/3/22, so 20 minutes before closing and nothing tasted stale!Probably THE best doughnuts I've ever tried.And I like trying different doughnuts everywhere.The attendant was sweet and helpful - and patient. We'd never been before so we didn't know which doughnuts to pick. She made suggestions and didn't rush us.We got 6+vanilla eclair --so good without warming up+OG (original glazed) ---my favorite and equal to Daylight Doughnuts+Apple filled --topped with cinnamon sugar with a GREAT filling with pieces of real apple+Blueberry cake --perfect density without being hard with a lot of flavor+cinnamon twist -- very good after 10-15sec in microwave+Coconut topped chocolate iced --also very good
Wow! These donuts are incredible! They have a big variety. The maple bacon and cream cheese filled are so good! The donuts are not overly sweet, which I personally love. Staff is nice. The kolache was very good, too.
A real jewel just off Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores! Donuts, pastries and breakfast sandwiches in a super casual atmosphere. The donuts are outstanding...these are not gourmet dessert type donuts, simply wonderful fried confections...whether plain, glazed, chocolate or sprinkled they are delicious. A dozen donuts and a sausage egg biscuit runs about $16. Milk, sodas, water and coffee are available. Have a seat outside and grab a coffee from Southern Shores coffee shop next door...really, next to the donut shop! You'll thank me later!
Very good Donut in town with reasonable price ! There are few seats outdoor but it is mostly taking away !
These donuts are amazing and melt in your mouth! We didn’t get to try many of the donuts because they were sold out. The glazed donuts are delicious. We also tried a biscuit sand that was very tasty as well…I highly recommend this place. The prices are extremely reasonable.
Tasty donuts and great, fast service is what you'll find at Lickin Good Donuts in Gulf Shores. We had an apple fritter and an eclair chocolate covered donut and both were delicious. Check the hours before heading there - I think they're only open until noon or so. Would definitely recommend you stop by for a sweet morning treat!

Excellent glazed donut and the thin cinnamon twist sticks were good. Wearing out of town sports gear led to good conversation with a few people giving us advice on where to visit in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Just off Gulf Shores Pkwy(59) in a nice clean area.
We have enjoyed a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese and many different donuts during three visits there recently, but our favorite is their cinnamon rolls.
We wanted some sweets for breakfast and ran across Lickin Good Donuts. The cake donut was very moist and tasty, the bismark was also fresh and tender as well as the cinnamon roll. Overall a nice find and tasty treat.
