I ordered 2 orders of chicken wings but got chicken nuggets.I drove back to ask them to fix it, the girl at the window said that was what they had tonight. I said that not what I ordered.She refused to fix it.I watched her wait on 12 other people ordering with my return nuggets sitting in the window,. After asking her where my order was, she pointed to the return item and said that was it.Charges on my credit card disputed and will be returned.Janino’s need to get someone in charge that knows how to treat customers..
This to go pizza stand was across the street from our condo and had lines every night. We ordered twice it was so good. I was really expecting mediocre from this place but no, it has some really great pies.
Absolutely delicious pizza. Tried there wings for the first time, they were also very good.Employees are super friendly.My family and I eat here at least once every visit on our vacation to Gulf Shores.Usually on a night like the 4th where the wait times at most restaurants are crazy.I'd highly recommend giving Janino's a try if you anywhere near.
They are sorry! Ordered through delivery and apparently it goes through door dash which is not what I was ordering through and it was suppose to be here by 6:45 and by 6:50 its all of a sudden canceled. I had 4.99 delivery fee and 6.00 tip for my husband to end up going to get . When I called they said it was door dash and couldn't do anything about it. But I was ordering online through their website!!! Spent door dash fees for pizza had to end up getting. And by the looks of the reviews it sounds like its nasty
I’m being very generous giving one star. It took almost 3 hours to get our pizza . There were SEVERAL people waiting on their orders. The restaurant was unorganized and my food was not great. My pizza was cold, my salad was brown and the cookie was burnt. I understand understaffing but this was an extremely unorganized restaurant. Good luck getting your entire order several people were standing around wait.ing on parts to their order for an hour.
I can’t tell you how the pizza is because we never got them. We placed a pick up order an hour before we needed it & were given a 45 minute ready time. We did this after being placed on hold for 5 minutes. We arrived about 55 minutes later & waited another 45. During my husband’s wait on their hot porch I called three times to see if the order was ready. I was hung up on all three times. The last time was because the girl couldn’t hear me. We walked away …
HORRIBLE wait time and even more disgusting service. The pizza was actually delicious BUT I would have rathered provided/cooked a five course meal for my EX in-laws than deal with this bull$hit service.
Best meal we had at Gulf Shores this week. Damn good pies and for a good price. 5 stars, will eat here again next time we visit. Best I can do is post pics of 2 empty pizza boxes. Kids devoured it too.
The Stromboli and chicken wings are divine! The pizza was New York style and the crust was perfect. We’d go again! We got a little confused on ordering system at first, but it was great overall. We’d recommend it!
We called when they opened to ask about food allergens and the staff was so friendly and answered all of our questions. Later in the evening we placed an order through Google but when we went to pick it up, the order had been missed because their paper had run out, not a big deal for us and they were so nice and apologized and prepared our order within 10 minutes. We took our pizzas back to our condo and enjoyed the vibrant flavors :) I recommend the Hawaiian! My kids loved the cheese pizza too and we had a lot of left overs which reheated very well in the oven. We will be back for more!
