expensive prices and the food wasn't worth the money.some of the food was cold
I NEVER respond to these review things, but his place deserves a great review. Positive attitude, great service, great scenery. I dislike Hooters in general. I never go, but said what the hell. Kid n I enjoyed it fully. This comes from a NOLA server for a looonng time. Happy smallest Hotters Gulfshores

We called ahead and they held a place for us. When we arrived they confirmed our spot. We waited an hour and a half looking at empty tables. We had to speak to someone and they finally let us sit outside. We then waited another 10 minutes and did not see a server. Terrible service. We watched people get sat inside and served while still waiting to see a server.
we were really excited to get some wings at the beach, however we wait 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. They sat another party of the same size (6) and immediately took their drinks and got them to them. we ended up leaving because the service was so terrible. 0/10 do not recommend this hooters.
When we arrived they had maybe 4 tables, waitress told us they were short staffed (we were understanding). We ordered cheesesticks for an appetizer along with our drinks, once she brought our drinks we ordered our food..Had to ask about our appetizer which once she brought it ,2 out of the 5 meals were being brought.. then moments later she comes back and says she was still waiting for tenders and boneless wings...I asked if she could switch the tenders to boneless as well, so the kids would get their food and she did. By that time we had asked for a second drink.. and when we finished eating I asked about it,she played it off but I seen her ring it in bc she completely forgot to.. still tipped her well but definitely don't plan on going back...Food was otherwise good. Service was unorganized making it slow..

This is my preferred choice when it comes to chicken wings, and they did not disappoint tonight, but the service was pretty terrible. If the place was packed or if they appeared short-staffed, I would completely understand. But, we beat the dinner rush and our waitress, Jocey, was simply unattentive. We watched her eat, watch tv, play with her hair....all while we waited for our bill. We waited so long my husband finally went to the counter to get it from her and pay so we could leave. I will say it looks like the restaurant has made some improvements like new tables and the hostess was helpful by delivering food and cleaning tables promptly.
Well, we showed up and they said there is a two hour wait, the hostess and waitress was quiet rude and not very greeting at all. One of the dads ordered wings to go and why we waited outside on the patio, that by the way they had no servers to serve people outside. The manager came out and told us he would not be serving us since one of our young daughters gave he a bad loo to a sever. Fortunately she was sticking out her tongue at her mom and not the waitress. The blonde hair waitress was rude, and had actually came out to tell us she was making sure the two beers we purchased were not leaving. I can truly say I will never return to this place again. Explains why the place wasn’t busy and most of the customers there were complaining about the wait staff and manager. If I was a regional manager if this store I would fire them all and start fresh. 3/18/2022
Stopped in Sunday to grab something for a late lunch around 1:30. Sat at table outside and ordered 2 beers while we looked at the menu. Well it’s a good thing we weren’t starving or thirst because the little 20 year old who brought us the first drinks never came back. Sat there 40 minutes drinking those 2 beers that we ordered and not one time did little miss come back to check on us. We finally said to hell with it and when my wife went in to pay she had to track down the waitress who was standing in the kitchen talking with 4 other girls. She didn’t give a crap about her customers and then they will complain that they aren’t making any money….PURE LAZINESS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! Don’t waste your time stopping
