In the past few months the service at this location has changed for the better. I appreciate the effort.During busy breakfast time they get me in and out quickly.
We only ever do breakfast, and the service is always fast & friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious.
Rudest worker ever on this Easter morning. We pulled up to the speaker and told him we would need just a moment to place our order, not even a minute later he says hello are you there, we answered yes, he said well can I take your order then?So we place our order. Get to the window and pay, he hands us our food and I checked to make sure everything was right, as someone usually does. And as we are pulling out he says "thank you for pulling out ad slowly as possoble!"Very very rude worker!
I always get perfect tea and a ham biscuit that's not full of grissel here! This must be the only Hardee's that looks at the meat before they put it in the biscuit!! Thank you!
Just wanted a quick breakfast and not only was the line painfully slow. Very few cars but very slow. We called to see if we could come inside and order. We were told no. Not 2 minutes later, two gentlemen were dropped off by a school bus and were let into the the building to order their food. Apparently there are special rules in Gulf Shores.
The gentleman taking orders and working the drive-thru window was so friendly and cheerful! This location is drive-thru only right now, probably due to a mix of COVID and labor shortages. My sausage biscuit was delicious, served quickly and with a smile!
Omelet breakfast sandwich was pretty good, potatoes are like burger king's. Coffee is not the greatest. Friendly staff, quick service.
Stopped at the drive thru Sunday 11/14/2021 and was pleasantly surprised by the quick courteous service that ranked second only to Chick-fil-A and that is a huge compliment! Service was great as well as the food. Unlike 99.9% of all the rest of the Hardee's I have visited. I seldom dislike Hardee's food but their service usually stinks, not so at this one! Somebody is doing it right!
