Order online if you are going to order from them. My husband made the mistake of calling in and was lied to about specials and pricing. He got ripped off. When he picked up the pizzas he tried to talk to them regarding what he had been told on the phone and told them to check our account to see that we normally, well I normally, order online. They basically said "sorry that you didn't order online, there is nothing they can do, and next time order online". Set aside the way he ordered and take a gander at the pizza. These were supposed to be extra cheese. As you can see from the pictures, there isn't even enough cheese on these pizzas to qualify for normal cheese. This will be the third time Domino's has done this to our pizzas over the course of six, seven months. Needless to say, we will no longer be doing business with Domino's.

Pizza arrived late and looked like half was eaten or missing. We were expecting the pizza so we were waiting inside at the door. We heard a knock and immediately opened the door but the delivery guy was nowhere to be seen. (Honestly I would have ran away too if I were delivering something like this!!!!) Tried to call but no answer. Eventually used a different phone than the one I used to order the pizza and they finally answered. I was then placed on hold for over 45 min. I love Dominos pizza but my advice would be to avoid this particular restaurant in Gulf Shores completely, I intend to be there in person when they open in the morning. This is ridiculous! UPDATE: Cameron the manager on duty took care of everything and I am happy with my refund. Thank you Cameron.

Ordered online, went and picked it up. Horrible execution of making a pizza. It was hot, but that was about all the ‘good’. Ordered extra cheese and there was hardly any. Barely had sauce and our hand tossed was as flat as the thin crust we ordered. Very bad experience. Tasted like an expensive cracker. I’ll try Orange Beach next time with the drive.

My oven would not heat last night so I ordered Dominos last minute for a house full of hungry kids. Online order was done super fast considering it was pretty big and the delivery was very quick also ! Thanks so much Dominos we will definitely be ordering again.

Arriving into town for Spring Break we decide to grab some budget friendly pizzas for our hotel room. With Dominos I can just submit my favorite order and it'll be ready when we arrive. EXCEPT I put 6pm EST and Gulf Shores is CST! We arrived for our pizza an hour early. No worries the friendly staff made our pizza right then and there! Good job having our backs when we are travel tired and the teens are hungry and if you have ever met hungry teenagers you know what a disaster this could have been for us. And they tasted like the same budget friendly pizzas we eat back home.

Pizza looked good and tasted good, and was hot upon arrival. Our delivery driver was very friendly. I would suggest using app to order, it gives you an estimated time of delivery or carry out ready plus helps keep accuracy of order. Service and pizza has definitely improved from earlier orders!

WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. Was on hold for an hour before coming into the store. After talking to the manager he stated “yeah we don’t answer the phone here.” While I was waiting for my pizza, I could audibly hear him talking poorly about me and other costumers.

Charging my card and not providing the item ordered is theft.This location is nothing but problems, and I'm tired of trying to get things solved through phones they don't answer along with emails that are not returned.Ordered food tonight after we got to work. Order went through, used my points, charged my card... 10$ tip on top. Order canceled and says "contact store". Basically livid at this point because #1 the store never answers the phone, and #2 I'm pretty sure the ringer is just turned off. I've had problems before and they wouldn't answer the phone, so tonight is no different.Tonight however they cancel my order and run my card... Can't even have the decency to call me and explain what happened, but billed me anyway. I of course try to call them and as always... no one answers. Imagine that. So tonight I basically have them commit credit card fraud, or theft, take your pick.Every time I order from this location there's a problem with my order in some shape or form. Last time they were out of a topping, but didn't bother to ask me if there was something else or add more of another... just didn't include it, and barely covered it with cheese. Time before that my pizza was not cooked fully, and the time before that as well. One pizza I received was still dough and I literally had to toss it in the oven to cook until it was edible. I really don't care what the excuse is at this point either.I'd say I'd expect a call back, but I know I won't get one. The last time I had a problem I never got a call back either despite calling corporate. These problems have been ongoing since last year with no change. I normally bite my tongue because when you're hungry it's food... Unless the franchise's owner wants to do something nothing will change either.

Quick, efficient service. The pizzas you're the best we've ever had absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back. Can't wait to go back.

Food was good. Online services were not working. Tried calling for 25 minutes. When the food was delivered, it was a wrong.
