The manager was none approachable and didn't address the problems at his store. A few minutes later he walked out the store. Beth came out and apologized for the smoke in the store. Our clothes smelled of smoke. Beth talked with my group. I asked for ketchup for 2 people and the manager said he just got some. I said he got his it's 2 more people at our table. Still no apologize. If he is not going to manage the business he needs to go. I eat all over the country at DQ. I would like a response to this review for DQ higher up please.
Standard fare for the chain. Burger menu is great and shakes always good.
The assistant manager is super nice and helpful. Loved the conversation we had. Thanked us again and again for coming all with a smile!
Ordered 5 Blizzards, got 4. One was wrong, other 3 were partially melted. Confusion all around.
Absolutely abhorrent service, kept my gf waiting for 30 minutes, for an order of honey bbq chicken just for them to bring regular chicken strips with a bbq sauce packet twice even though they had the honey bbq chicken strips but they were too lazy to make that, asked for To-go twice, kept bringing a basket as if we were eating there. Hella workers there walking around not doing anything, seeming like they are high on drugs. Never coming here again ? I don’t recommend this DQ to anyone with common sense. If you like to wait half an hour for cold mediocre food that some druggie cooked up then maybe this is the place for you.
I detest cold fries, let me begin with that. We visited this Dairy Queen because Dad wanted a milkshake. Twenty-seven+dollars and 20 minutes later, we left with 2 sandwiches, a chicken tenders meal and 2 milkshakes, which the staff agreed to remake since they were made as soon as the order went in and were basically expensive cups of chocolate milk by the time our order was finished. I just wish I'd had enough foresight to insist on replacements for the fries that had sat for 20 minutes in their box waiting for the order fulfillment.
We love a great Dairy Queen! Two blizzards served upside down! Bam!
The food was on par with Diary Queen's standard. The drive thru rep was professional and polite. The down side was they gave me a blizzard cup that had ice cream on it. There was a napkin wrapped around the cup. Why didn't they just clean the cup off then hand me a clean cup. The other thing is they not setup in the drive thru to handle rewards. So you have to be persistent with them to get your reward points.
Due to staff shortages, the dining room was closed. But we mobile ordered and the manager brought our food out quickly. She was very nice!
1st took literally 10 min to take order then tells me I cant order a 6 piece chicken but i can order 3 4 piece??? Due to chicken shortage???now I've been waiting up front for honest to God 18 min on a burger and chicken strips??? Idk what's the deal but OB would never give this kind of service. The little girl in drive thru told me to hold on 4 times before taking my order so rudely
