There is a lady that works here I think her name is Trish/Trisha she is always very very rude when we come through drive thru and we are normally here a couple times a week but will not be back other than that everything is great here
Constantly gets orders wrong. Arbitrarily cancels DoorDash orders after waiting 30+ minutes (this has happened three times now). Seems to be entirely disorganized. Corporate gives nothing but canned answers when I reached out to address these issues, nothing ever happens. Easily the most dysfunctional Arby's I've ever seen. It's unfortunate, because I enjoy them; but, this store doesn't have their act together.Edit: notice how mine is the only review without even an acknowledgement from them? Totally unsurprising.
Food is usually good and staff friendly. Sometimes forget to put all sauces requested in bag.
What is up with this "Drive through Only" sign on the door? I wanted to enjoy a fish sandwish on Ash Wednesday and could not get any "in store service", the line was long, and went to Rousso's for fish to cook at home.Reuben always great.Appreciate the military discount. Always stop at Arby when in Gulf Shores. Would not miss it. Thank you.
