Chicken was overcooked and one small packet of sauce that wasn't enough to dip one chicken finger. Fries were old.
My kids love their chicken and the staff is always fast and efficient.
Burnt fries!!!!!!!I got an order of badly burned fried with my sandwich. So I immediately went in and asked for a fresh order.The second order has FEWER burned fries, but that's really insulting for the second go around. I didn't even get fresh fries when I gave them a chance to fix it.Thankfully the sandwich at least was edible. I added a photo of the burned fries left after I picked out the edible few.
Cold food, long drive-thru, and the workers do not know how to count to 2. This is second time they have given me the wrong amount of sauce, but I still get CHARGED!
Pull up at 1:45pm & the dining room is closed. I'm tired of this at literally every fast food restaurant. You can't sit down with friends & have a meal anymore. Plus I ordered on the app so I had to come inside the door by the drive thru window to pick it up & it took them forever to get my order ready. What's the point of ordering ahead if drive through orders are being filled first! I'll never go back to that location. And Nathaniel, that cream poof, employee needs an attitude adjustment!
Food was cold, drive thru only , girl never said a word ! As she handed me my food and shut the window, I said I hope you have a good day to.
If you enjoy cold fries & cold chicken wings then this is your spot. I definitely love when my food isn't fresh..I'll definitely be back for more cold food. They saved me time from putting it in the refrigerator when I get home just so I can eat it cold. The management definitely needs a raise there. I'm wondering if I can get a salad warm ?
This place used to be great! Why if the dining room still closed? Workers here are not efficient and the wait time is unreal. I love Zaxby’s and this makes me sad!
Drive through only was ask to wait the person taking orders forgot I was there. Waited more than 10 minutes. He did apologize he forgot me.
New boneless wings and fries absolutely fabulous...especially with sweet hot sauce.
