I should have took the food back & ask for them to remake it or got my money back. But I didn'tThe cheese wasn't melt on the meat it was dry the bacon was hard . The fries wasn't hot. And I was the only customer inside at the time it was about 11:20a.m. The drive thru had a couple of cars.This Wendy's in East Gadsden,Al., Use to be good.
I went to Wendy's this morning, to try the 1.00 breakfast biscuits. the lobby was closed, so we went through the drive through. I found out , there was only two employee working , the cashier was friendly and nice. and the biscuits tasted great. Kudos to these two workers . Job was well done
My food was cold. The buns weren't heated and the fries were anything but fresh. I won't eat at this one again. The older gentleman that took our order wasn't pleasant. I was uncomfortable asking about a combo.
They didn't put bacon on my sandwich and the nuggets..they were awful. Had several orders and I just wasn't pleased with the entire experience.
Despite the billboard out front, they closed the lobby more than an hour early again!
Both times at drive through they try to short us first time they tried to over charge more than should've been and dispute it then second time not giving all of orders paid for
The fries were only like warm and 2/3's of the Large fry container were little and over cooked. ☹️
dining room was closed an drive thru slow and backed up. ended up going somewhere else
There food is good, but they can move drive thru kind of slow sometimes. However they are nice people.
Not bad for a fast food restaurant. Fries were hot & crisp, order was fresh & timely. Good attitude shown by cashier.
