It was awful. No lettuce or tomato. No mild sauce. We were not told in advance of these issues. Cashier accidentally rang up 22 tacos instead of 2. Manager, obviously annoyed, had to fix this one taco at a time instead of deleting the whole order and starting over. It took a long time to fix, but I got a free drink for my inconvenience
Just awful, the drive thru wait time was 27 mind, my order was totally wrong and had to return it.Fortunately my order was made correctly after another 12 min wait when I returned.
One of my favorite restaurants. But this one is really bad pour service slow 7 out of the last 10 times visiting my order was made wrong. I guess you would ask why go so often if its so bad. Well the only other in this area is 16 miles away give or take a mile or 2. For some reason in stead of being open late this taco bell seems to close at 8pm. I do not recommend it to anyone. I actually believe it to be so bad that it would be sanctioned for quality reasons alone much less the other infractions. By the corporate office of the company. Management and owner disqualifications are most likely to blame. Pour pour job guys.
Very disrespectful employees. I work in food service and I know times are tough but it’s no reason to be hateful. However if you guys are now closing at 8 your hours online should reflect that as well as your signage. I pulled up at 9:15 and the lights were still on, a woman had a headset on, and 5-6 employees were just standing in a circle talking. I pull up to the window to see if you guys were still open and I was met with a lady screaming at me and people giving me dirty looks. I had no clue y’all were closed I was just asking. Lot of people just standing around for y’all to be closed over an hour ago. Do better
They're very good making tacos and chicken because they're KFC as well, there is no inside eating or diner but the service is pretty fast anyone who goes there enjoy
The staff at the East Gadsden Taco Bell was extremely rude and hateful. They were yelling through the drive thru window saying they were closed at 830pm
Very clean, friendly service.. the one thing I like is that even though they are operating as drive thru only they allowed me to come in and place an order because I'm a truck driver unlike a number of places I've been to.. usually I have to walk up to the window to order food which is very uncomfortable being that it's winter time and not to mention It looks funny to the customers in line in front of me to have me standing behind their vehicle waiting to order.. overall, they have my vote for one of the best fast food restaurants I've stopped at in a while.....
You can only use the drive-thru at this Taco Bell in Gadsden Alabama I got into line 4 at 1208 I picked up my food at the window at 12:21 that is ridiculous I really think they need to work on this new little project they have going on where people aren't allowed to go inside to order their food that is just too long to wait the order and then receive your order
Poor they didn't listen to my order rolled there eyes when I corrected them at the window then had to go back around cause we didn't get what we ordered the fries where cold and lobby was close said because of covid but funny ever other taco bell lobby is open great job Gadsden store on 431
Order was correct and served hot and fresh and promptly great customer service.
