The best advice I can give is do not eat here if service is at all important. My waitress gave us the check half way through the meal and stood there until we gave her our card. She then comes back and says “you only tip me $5 dollar huh?” Then she never returned to the table. Yes I only tip you $5 dollar. You refill drinks twice and take empty plates. What did you expect?Now for the review… an enormous 6 Buffett tables. Unfortunately 4 are taken up by salad/desert items. One is full of American food. Leaving only 2 tables for Chinese food. Very disappointing to say the least. The grill was the best part and the beef for it was akin to chewing on leather.Mix that with an 85 health score and it’s a hard pass from now on…
This place is awesome and every time I would come to Alabama and had extra money and mama and daddy wanted to go out to eat we would go here. And they would go here for their Anniversary. This year we lost my dad to COVID pneumonia Feb 19,2022 so on March 19 on Mama ? and Dad's Anniversary Mama took us girl's to there favorite place they eat at every year. And we was here celebrating their 52 Year anniversary with my mom. It was lovely, awesome and sweet but at the same time sad ? . But this is a awesome place to go.
I wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was by the reviews and becauae its a bar but it was great. It was very fresh as the place had alot of people there and they had full pans of food that was steaming. Wide variety of food and everything I chose was really good. My whole family enjoyed it. Friendly service as well. But everyone should note that places like this don't want to see food wasted.
We went there for my nephew's birthday. It was my first time and the food was really good. A lot to choose from for the whole family. Staff was really nice and fast.
Aweful. The food was old or over cooked. Mostly stale. Not clean. I don't normally take the time to review places but we were soooo disappointed!! Also the customer service was Aweful our server was rude and the lady at the cash register was snappy. I understand people have bad says but this was a fail as a whole.
The food was good but could've been better. I say that because the fried rice didn't have ANY flavor, and the crabs were boney and dry. If they work on those 2 things they'll get a 5 from me next time ?
I took my daughter here it was between the lunch & dinner rush slow the food was very good the young lady over our table was nice their was plenty to choose from but if they had ran out of something on the line it wasn't put back out so 2 of the things I had my heart set on to eat when we decided to come here to eat I didn't get to eat but what I did eat was very good & I will be back I do like this place a lot the people are very nice the food is very good just go at the right time and everything will be on the line it's always worth it no matter when you go
I haven’t been here in a little while, but I remember the food tasting good! I think they had a little place where children gamble for toys by putting quarters in a machine. Nice place, would go again.
Huge selection of food, including hibachi and 6 buffets. Food is solid not spectacular by any means. It's on the pricey side at $10.99 drink not included but the selection and variety makes it worth it.?
I would give ZERO stars if possible! The food was horrible today. My food from the grill was undercooked & no flavor. Noodles were cold & hard. I didn't bother trying to finish my plate! To make things worse we had a large party & during our visit a family member had a medical emergency. Everyone rushed to pay & get out the door. We were followed outside and held in the parking lot by a waitress claiming we had unpaid bills in our party. The issue was they added a member of the party to the bill that did not eat & only had water then continued to try & force us to pay for the buffet. This was extremely humiliating & held us up from tending to the emergency! We will not be going back due to the blatent disrespect to my family shown today!
