Awesome Starbucks right here in Gadsden, AlabamaRight off Interstate 59 NorthEmployees were really nice and our drinks were awesome … They said welcome when we first walked in and even chatted with us while we was waiting.Will definitely return to this one
Today I visited the Gadsden location and they were not only fast and friendly but one of the Employees, Danicka (If she isn’t the store manager SHE SHOULD BE), had THE GREATEST ATTITUDE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE WITNESSED SINCE BEFORE WE ENTERED INTO THE PANDEMIC. I sat for a few hours because I needed to get some graphic work done and I noticed how she was not just friendly to me, but to ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO ENTERED, and the ENTIRE STAFF! The whole staff was amazing but she BY FAR WAS STELLAR!!! Truly a GREAT FACE for the Starbucks company! I wish there were more of her in other companies.
Be cautious at this location if you have a dairy allergy.Ended up in the e.r from m drink today.I saw the carton of almond milk out, but the drink tasted different. Moments later I realized I was having a severe allergy.For it to be so bad, there had to have been cow's milk added into my drink.I've ate food with milk in it by accident and never had this bad of a reaction, therefore there's no way it wasn't mixed with regular milk.I've been here many times recently and the place has just fallen apart.I keep giving them the befit of the doubt, but I'm definitely staying away from this location permanently. Sorry Starbucks I rarely post negative reviews. But this was just too many times of making wrong orders and now this.
They have the WORST customer service. They barely acknowledged my existence and took forever to take my order because of that reason and then when my drink was finally done they just sat it down and walked off. Didn’t say it was mine, didn’t tell me to have a good day, NOTHING. I work in customer service so I know how they should handle their customers. I had to just bite my tongue and leave because they were awful. Retrain your employees on how to handle customers.
This location is very dirty! I came two days in a row and the same dirt and crud was on the floors and counter tops, both in the lobby and behind the counter. The grab & go cooler was almost empty, stuff was all disorganized and hot. They did display was not only completely empty but filthy. It looks like the only cleaning they do there is taking out the trash at the end of the day. The staff was over worked and you could tell they hated being there.
Forget the great coffee they made me the two girls in the morning are some of the nicest and sweetest people i meet in a long time .clean friendly and fresh food what more can you ask for .

I had the best experience the last time I visited this location. All of the employees were nice and energetic but Donika was amazing! I will definitely return as much as I can.
The staff aren’t the friendliest so I took one star for that but my drink was very good and taste like all the other times I order it.
Employees were not friendly. Drinks were cold and too sweet. No one announcemented drinks. Store was dirty and unkepted. Worse Starbucks i have ever been too. Big waste of my money. Next time i get convenience store coffee.
