Went to the drive through for my lunch break ordered my food came back to work seen it was wrong no big deal I figured I would call so they can fix it well I call and spoke to a man who gave me a lot of attitude said he made it the way it was on the screen I simply wanted a number three with only mustard now I am back at work still hungry
I've lived here 2 years and literally drive to the next town because they never change ...will NEVER get your order right or hot. They are the worst sonic I've ever experienced in my 40 years and it sux cause I love their food and this store ruins it for everyone. Rude employees. They lied to me one time told me they were closed so I checked online drove back around and they said we was joking we thought you knew....like what!? All 3 was outside smoking. I guess I interrupted their break lol. And so I read these other complaints and you have to wonder why corporate has not intervened or changed management in said store. Wish I could of gave negative 2 stars.

Stop wasting your money here. I've given them chance after chance. Contacted the store with concerns. Contacted cooperate. None of them care, nothing changes. Today I ordered the Bacon on bacon QP, medium fry, and a sweet tea extra ice. The burger had little to no sauce, 1 pickle, and 5 pieces of onion. The fries were cold and the tea was lacking tea flavor. It did have the extra ice though. I ordered through the app so they had plenty of time to make the meal correctly, and drive thru was full so there is no excuse for the cold fries. Want a good burger and hot fries? Go around the block and try Burger 101!!
Food was well prepared staff was knowledgeable friendly and got my food to me in a timely manner also the place itself very clean and organized

I absolutely love my cherry limeades, but I'll never go back to this location again. Apparently, some teenager decided to change my order from a cherry limeade to a DIET cherry limeade. Their excuse was, the regular sprite was running low! They couldn't be bothered to come out and tell me that there was an issue, they just took it upon themselves to change the order. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to the chemical components in DIET drinks. That's why I don't order them!When I told them I was allergic to diet, they simply hung up on me. Even tho I was still sitting right there in the same spot I ordered it from! I waited 5 to 10 minutes to see if they were hung up so they could come out and talk to me, but nope...So, not sure when it became SONICS company policy to allow teenagers to decide what customers order, but I'll never go back to that location!
The new management has really made a great change.
Pull us to place an order only to be told only the drive through was open, sat in line 40 minutes to be served. I understand staffing is a major issue but the ones who are working shouldn't be rude to customers.
