The most terrible overall restaurant experience I have ever had. Made a special trip to this establishment to support local Extremely over priced for the quantity provided not to mention the food quality was deplorable. Never Again. Do NOT give this business your time or money. Awful. And do not allow for the condescending tone & message that it's specialty food. It is NOT.
Absolutely. A joke. We drove all the way to downtown to patronize a local. Tacos horrible. Rice horrible. Beans worse than that. And the price for this privlage.....crazy. Sure don't mind paying for a great meal. But omg. Embarrassed for the whole group. Server. Cook. Owner. The town. Ouch! Finally, the tacos WE had look nothing like the pictures.
These were the best tacos I've ever had, the duck, pork belly, and shrimp tacos were so good I had to go a second round. Can't wait to try everything else!
Highly recommend. Let’s start out with the homemade margaritas, delicious. Shrimp tacos, delicious. And steak nachos was delicious. I can see myself becoming a regular.
While as the food was good, the service, price, and atmosphere was abysmal. That and the salsa was more bland than store bought. And as a former bartender, I can say that whomever was making the cocktail I ordered did not understand the proper ratios.

So glad we looked past a few poor reviews and tried it anyway. The food & drinks were amazing! The set up is like some other authentic Mexican restaurants where you place your food & drink order at one of the two bars, and then it's served to your table. We watched our margaritas being made fresh,no premix; as they fresh squeezed the limes and oranges. I had the skinny marg and it was literally the best margarita I've ever had. My husband had the original and friends had the spicy and all was great. I had the steak bowl and they tried an array of street tacos. Pork belly, carnitas, roasted duck, and steak. Everything was fresh and delicious! The chips and salsa weren't complimentary, but very tasty and fresh. The bar tenders and owner gave us great service. A little pricey, but well worth it for the quality! Great atmosphere, great music, great location with parking around the back, great service, and delicious food and drinks.
Good food, but way over priced for a few tacos. Brought out one taco and then the next twenty minutes later. Wouldn’t recommend.
Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in Gadsden. Although the steak tacos were good they were the size of a coaster. The mahi mahi tacos were disgusting… you can smell the fish and the taste was defiantly “expired”. The mojito tasted like club soda and was totally over priced. The service was terrible, took all of an hour to get two entrees and they did not come out at the same time. All in all, will never go back and would not recommend to anyone.
