Very bad service! Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. Got home, the pizza was warm, not hot and had bread sticks instead of cheese sticks. Called the store and they asked me to bring them back for them to see. I live 15mins from there. I told her that. After she kept me on hold for over 8 mins, she came back on and told me that if I didn’t want to bring them back tonight, then I could bring them back the next day. She said she saw us leave with a box nit a bag which breadsticks normally come in and they don’t make that kind of mistake. That was basically calling me a liar. VERY RUDE!! I told her that’s fine, I just won’t be ordering from them anymore. I’ll go back to Domino’s. I may pay a few dollars more but I get better service and hot pizza!
Actual contactless curbside delivery. My topping cooked into the pizza and not just look like they were thrown on top
We've had several issues with this pizza hut, this is the 3rd pizza they've messed up and this time they left out the sauce cups for the bread sticks on top of messing up the pizza. Haven't ordered in months, thought maybe this time they'd get it right. Guess not.
The pizza was delicious & made perfectly. The pan crust is the best crust ever. It was delivered fast and it was fresh & hot. The driver was very nice & friendly.
They did leave out one of the Marinara sauces that I paid extra for. Other than that, pizza was great and prepared very quickly.
I would recommend pizza hut over any pizza place , but putting more cheese on the pizza would help without being charged, pandemic hard times still
Called order in for delivery. 1 hour later still not delivered. Called to check on where my pizza was. Was told marked it for pick up. Ughh so now I have to go get it or wait even longer. I was told my pizza would be remade. It was not. It was not even hot when.I picked up. It was hard and stale. Very bad customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Just go ahead and go to Blackstone !!

The process was extremely easy. And the delivery took less time than it was supposed to.
Perfect pizza and the cute guy with the beard was right on time.
