This was my worst experience with ordering pizza in my 42 years of being on this earth. If you’re ever In Gadsden Alabama and want pizza, just do dominoes! Ordered food and never got it lol!!! Had to do one star would not let me do zero stars. Even asked if I wanted to include a tip hahaha!! I got hustled. Called customer service. I better get my $$ back and a free pie. Horrible
Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with extra sauce. I swear they dumped a bottle. Every time I go to pick up a slice all the cheese and toppings slide right off so that it needs to be eaten with a fork. Well I'm in a hotel that doesn't have forks. I called and talked to the manager Michael and he proceeded to tell that's the way its supposed to be made. Now, I've been ordering my BBQ pizza this way for years and NEVER had that happen. He said to me, "do you make pizzas for a living". Dude was so rude. I asked for his name and he said Michael, but when I asked for his last name he wouldn't give it to me. Well, I know his last name now. Michael Holman does not possess the customer skills to be "general manager" . Any time in my life that I've had a problem with my pizza at other locations (which is rare for Papa John's) a credit is offered or a new pizza is brought out. Not this time, though. Michael proceeds to tell me that if it is made to order then he can't do anything about it and suggested I order it will done... Guess what I HAD. I'm left here with a pizza that has to be eaten "King Henry" style.... And no napkins.
Went for a interview and the gm was really rude they were advertising for delivery driver with company car I go in there for a interview and they said they ain't hiring for that I asked them what they were hiring for they said nothing well don't advertise for stuff if y'all ain't hiring I wouldn't recommend to apply for this location the gm is really mean will roll his eyes if you ask him a question they lie to their customers

Papa John's is our favorite pizza place. We like their crust best. We like their cheeses best. We rate their sauce in a 2 or 3 way tie for the best. I eat that pepper that comes with the pizza, cuz I like it. We like the garlic sauce. So, we like Papa John's the bestest. We don't live within delivery range of one. Boo, frowny face! So when we visit other places we always make sure we order Papa John's. So, if you want consistency check reviews from the locals. For us, this is our third visit, hence third time ordering delivery from this location. All 3 times, our order has been correct, and on time or early. It has been fresh and hot. It had been perfectly prepared and delicious. Great job! Consider this a 4.9 though. The chicken nugget appetizers tasted like frozen Tyson nuggets. That doesn't make them yucky, but you may want to see of you can find something that doesn't taste so standard and average. Everything else is a higher quality, why skip this? If you can't find better, don't serve them at all, IMO.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken papadia an got bread with Buffalo sauce! The manager told me there was nothing he could do! He was very unprofessional and rude! Michael Holman doesn’t need to be working at a pizza place or in a business where customer service is important because he has no customer service skills!
Wouldn’t deliver a pizza to LBS, who had missed lunch and his little stomach was growling. Simple instructions - put pizza under hedges. Also completely ignored request to pick up FairLife milk on the way and pour a large bowl for LBS. I explained that I was willing to pay extra but to no avail.
Ordered Papadias for the first time, Philadelphia Cheesesteak and Buffalo Chicken. App. is user friendly to track when the orders ready for pick-up. Hot, delicious food, reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is more difficult at present during to construction in the parking lot while relocating Verizion Store.
