v good food. rapid services. hot delicious soup. love this place.
I stopped going there shortly after they opened due to extremely bad service. Finally after all these years (I normally don't hold a grudge this long) and the service was delightful. I will go again soon.
One of my favorites - bread! The turkey, bacon a d avocado sandwich is perfect! I added broccoli and cheddar soup and had an excellent meal. Service was fantastic. I also added a loaf of sourdough bread for dinner that evening and it was so fresh. I try to come here as often as possible and never have been disappointed.
The absolute best Greek Yogurt Parfait. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. It had egg whites, avocado tomatoes and white cheddar. Love their coffee and Green tea. Fresh food and friendly service.
My to go order was missing my bagel. When I went back inside and told the young lady, without saying a word, she got a few napkins and without putting on gloves, got a bagel and tossed it into my bag. Didn’t slice or toast it like I had requested. I will not be back to this location
Customer service was not very good. The drive thru worker was short and unfriendly. I asked for a 16 oz decaf tea and was given that size with three tea bags in it which will make it far too strong, because decaf does have some caffeine in it still. then I asked for milk and honey, because she never asked me if I wanted anything in my tea. She had already handed it to me and said she couldn’t take it back because she’d already given it to me, after already touching my credit card that I’d just handed to her. To clarify, I never drank it, or put my mouth anywhere near it. I was driving so Mixing my tea was a bit hard. I really wanted to just give it back and have it taken off of my bill but she just shut the window and left without asking me if I needed anything else. It was just not a great experience.
Amazing food! Jeannie took my order and her service was excellent! I will be eating here again!
Looking at the Panera Bread website menu, I made a meal choice. When I get to the drive thru I was told that the menu item isn't available at this location.
Didn't get what I ordered and was charged for something else. Now I remember why I don't frequent this place.
The grilled mac and cheese sandwich was phenomenal. Loved it. It was my first time in Panerai Bread store but it most assuredly will not be my last.
