Is it possible to do a negative star? Multiple times I have tried to support this business. How is it that at peak lunch hours the store is constantly out of product or they need to cook it? Popular menu items should be prepared accordingly for peak lunch hours. No super greens today. I give up. Maybe they should close since they can’t manage inventory or prepare adequate food portions for lunch.
I like to order the bowl when I eat there but lately they have been filling up the whole bowl with rice and has very little of the entree on the top. I made it known to the girl working and a little Spanish girl named Rosie stepped up and very rudely said if I don't like it, pick something else or don't get anything at all. This was also and entree you had to pay the extra 1.25 for also.When I ask for the manager another young girl jump up and said she was the manager she was not being proffessional so I ask her again are you the manager she said NO. (I did not get her name) there was no manager there. The staff on that shift on 5-4-22 are very rude and unprofessional they desperately need to be guided by a responsible manager and LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Rosie should be FIRED she has an aweful attitude.
Website says store opens at 11 am. Was just told in the drive thru that not opening until 11:30. They are always rude at this location. They need mega customer service training. The way you are treated at the drive thru is ridiculous I’m surprised they are still in business. This happens every time I go there. Not just once or twice. Rude!
No drive through sign at all, how do they expect you to order? They obviously need better management.. won't be going back.
I bought food for the family at panda express.after I got home & we started eating I found a plastic brush bristle in my mouth! The entire family was grossed out & no one could eat thier food. The manager offered to replace my 1 meal out of the 5 I bought. No thank you panda express.
They are rude, no sign on the door to tell you that they are drive thru only. Rude gestures to customers asking why they did not open doors. If you can't get enough people to work maybe look into your management. I do not know of any restaurants that are closing dine in these days. I love panda Express but the way they handle things these days. I will eat else where from now on. Their employees do not care how they treat people and are just lazy.
My experience at this place was horrible! First, they did not serve half the menu, it wasn’t available, was told to have exact change when paying, also didn’t have any drinks available except for sprite, when it came to the checkout process for the dry noodles, rice and chicken they couldn’t charge my card!! After 10 minutes of her talking to the manager, she then cancels the transaction and tells us to just take it. When leaving, management saw me throw my whole meal away due to the fact that it was not edible, she proceeded to laugh as we walk out. Will not be coming back here, period.
The store is set to open at 11 however due to poor staffing it won’t be open until 12. I cannot wrap my head around such a worthless generation of workers.
It has turned to a steaming pile of fecal matter....ice machines never work, they have barely any options on food choices, the employees just don't care about dirty tables and spend more time talking about how bad it is to work there instead of doing their job's....will not be returning.
Sadly disappointed. My son my husband and I ate there today. They opened late. Didn’t have much of anything to offer. Said cash had to be perfect change. We were also told the drink machine was broken. Yet ten minutes into our meal employees were getting drinks. Then the food was cold. We don’t come here often. This won’t make us come back any sooner. Not to mention rude employees and no one even doing anything. With six employees you had plenty of people to get work done. Tables were dirty. Please try to fix this.
