Good food and service but priced a little high. I was at Moe's last night for the first time since our disruption of our everyday. My visit was not planned. I was going to Panda Express and they were closed unannounced due to lack of staff. I am just about finished with that franchise. I looked around attempting to find a substitute meal to go for six. There was Moe's. I was so pleased they were able to provide a meal package for six very promptly, the food was great, easy to transport and serve. The service was among the best I have experienced since the mess started.Food was outstanding and pricing was very economical without the post COVID price increase that almost every fast food took advantage of. I will be seen more frequently at Moe's they gain a full two stars on their ratings.
Moes is a good combination of Qdoba and Taco Bell and I was not displeased with the service or the food.Upon entering Moes we were greeted immediately with good southern hospitality. I order The Stack which is Moes answer to Taco Bell’s crunch wrap and it was by far better. The Stack is custom crunch wrap that you are able to fill as you like. I had seasoned rice, black beans, ground beef, grilled onions, jalapeños chipotle sauce and shredded cheese then had it grilled. It was way better that what I expected. I will definitely come again.
my order was completely wrong. ordered 3 quesadillas. cucumber left off 2. half of each had almost none of the protein. no salsa, pico or sour cream included on any
Perhaps I'm a bit harsh but having eaten at Moe's in New York State, I know how things are supposed to taste and this place is doing something wrong bigtime but I can't pin it down. I ordered a bowl and a quesadilla and both seemingly had little to no flavor to them. As if the meat had no seasoning or the sauces and meats had no salt or anything, all the ingredients were there, but the flavor wasn't... It was interesting to say the least. I'd audit how this place is cooking/prepping the food to ensure it's up to franchise standards.
Food was good, no clean area to sit after getting food. It was on a Sunday after the church crowd so staff was probably overwhelmed
Moe's in Gadsden ALWAYS does a good job. I may have had one mistake out of the last 10 visits and the fixed it on the spot. My family and I visit here multiple times a month. I would recommend if you are looking for a good filling meal with great service!
This is the bowl from you... umm where's my lettuce? Not even filling the bowl and paying over 10 bucks for this. Then the manager not believing me.. here's your proof.. does not come close to the picture
One of the worst Moes I've been in. Trash was super overfilled, bathrooms were dirty, salsa was empty, and I got a tiny scoop of chicken on my bowl. It wasn't even busy either. I typically love Moes but will never go back to this one.

Deonte ( I'm not sure if spelled correctly)is a breath of fresh air, pleasant experience. He is a great asset to your company.
