On my way home almost hangry but the great crew there took care of my growling stomach right quick & In a hurry. Store appeared clean & in order. I went in but noticed the drive through was running very efficient and getting folks through quickly. Can't beat a hand full of regular burgers & a sweet tea to chase the hungry monster off. Thanks yall.
We ate inside. Although we were the only ones eating inside, the tables were filthy, bathroom filthy, burgers and fries were cold. The manager remade one of the burgers, supposedly but only the bun was warm. The meat was still cold. Just passing through. The McDonalds in Anniston and Oxford are much better. They are cleaner and food is served hot by friendly employees.
The employees are very nice and I love that the restaurant was playing Christian music. But the restaurant was so dirty. Tables had melted ice cream on them, the benches had shoe prints and the floor was very sticky and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and the exit door was missing a plate cover. An adult could easily slice a finger open when exiting. My burgers and fries were cold and when I took it to the employee she apologized and did bring me hot food.
got a sausage gravy biscuit ..biscuit was way too chewy ..Dining room was not ready for customers..had chairs on table ..had to put me a chair on the floor
They need better customer service. They aren't orangized. I've experienced better at other ones
The fries were so good today, right out of the fryer... the spicy chicken was pretty darn good too...
Drive thru guy was very disrespectful and rude. He was making smart a** comments. He doesn't need to work for the public with that type of attitude. My mcdouble and fries were cold. I told the manager, he made fresh fries but only fill half the cup so I paid for a large only got less than a medium. I will never go back here again
Best McDonald's I've ever been too. Inside was clean, staff was friendly, and even if a bit messy, the food was excellent!
After getting home we realized our order was wrong. Not a super complicated order. Went back to get it fixed, gave them the wrong food, verified the right food verbally twice with them then they brought us two sausage muffins instead of four. gave the bag back and asked for two more. By this time I was very frustrated and when they gave me what I thought was the corrected order I just left without checking it. The lady with blonde hair and fake eyelashes was extremely rude and a couple behind me went out to my car and she knocked on my car door and talked about how rude she was to me and I agree. I Called to complain about the rude customer service and the “MANAGER” pretended like he couldn’t hear me. So I hung up very frustrated. When I left the 2nd Time When I got home I realized they gave me my original wrong order, the same bag. I’m sure they did it on purpose!!!! On the third trip it was finally corrected. Im very upset not that the order was messed up (it happens) but that the “MANAGER” and crew were laughing at us, being rude and difficult. I feel like the crew was intentionally doing this because the order was very simple. Why would they give me the same bag back like that? On the third trip I asked for a refund but was told no and the “MANAGER” continued to laugh more in our faces!!!!! They thought it was very funny and acted like we were stupid. When we got home we were so pissed that we just threw the food in the garage. We contacted corporate because this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD. Corporate apologized for their behavior and offered a full refund for the inconvenience of having to drive back 2 times and said that they do offer refunds for this and the manager was unprofessional and this is not what customer service should be. WE will NEVER be back to that location and I will be SURE to share this on every single review website they have for this unprofessional location!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT eat at this location. Save your money!!!! Complete garbage!!!! I hope those employees get in trouble for how they treated us. The WORST McDonald’s EVERRRRR. Let me be clear the only reason why I even gave it a one star is because I couldn’t give it any less!!!! They should get a negative 1000000000000 for this experience!!!!!!!!
Not as good as it was in the past. I don't know what happened to this McDonald's. It used to be really good.
