Most horrible McDonald's experience ever. None of the kiosks were working in the lobby. The drink machines are shut down with the sign indicating old covid rules. The bathroom was completely filthy including the sink. The automatic hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall was empty. I made a order for an item that has to be eaten with a fork and did not receive one. Whenever I ask for a fork I was told that the restaurant didn't have any. The food item I received had grease all over the bag and all over the container. The floor in the food preparation area was completely filthy. There's a display at the front of samples of pastries This item was very much unkept and looked filthy also. I will only return if I want to get sick.
Kinda annoyed I had to pay for a cup of ice… ??I’ve never had to ever pay for ice only at any fast food place I’ve ever been to until today. lol.. And it must be a new thing too because I’ve got many cups of ice from here free of charge. Ugh. Other than that this McDonald’s is alright. Not terrible and not exceptional by any means.
Súper busy Mc’Donalds but our order was correct. We stopped for breakfast and doors were closed. We had to go through the drive thru and the line was VERY long. Service was great! Their caramel frappe and mocha frappe are the best!
This location offered a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was reasonably clean the food was fresh and the staff worked efficiently and were courteous.
I had 2 orders 1 was almost$9 then the 2nd order was $42. We received our order fast and correct. Thank u
If you cut your sweet tea with enough of their unsweet tea then you'll realize they actually have the best tasting tea around. The coffee was perfect and made exactly as I requested.. I was told by local family this was the worst McDonald's in town. BUT The morning staff was on point both days that I showed up! yes, I went out of the way to go back to second day for coffee..
Got my daily frappe, it was great as always! Went through drive thru service was terribly slow today!
Want to shout out McDonald’s 12st gadsden Al , past few breakfast visits have been awesome from the person taking my order to taking my money and delivery of good food , everyone is friendly and food has been good ! Keep up the good work thank you.

The cashier was good but I asked for my food fresh to dine in.. told them I didn't mind waiting... food was still cold. But its the holidays & I'm mentally tired. The only reason I didn't get with management is because my son was hungry. Hell the only reason I even go to that McDonald's is because my kid wanted it & it close to my house. I wish I could give this place zero stars because they consistently suck!! But the only reason they got 1 star is because the dine in area was clean & the older lady cashier was sweet.
