Entire staff was completely rude and service was unacceptable. The food quality is not what it used to be. My family and I would always come here for an evening out and it is not what it used to be. The entire restaurant is filthy not to mention seeing large wood roaches in the back dining area. If you’re not from the area don’t bother making the drive. “World Famous”. This place is a joke and so is the staff
The food was good the service was okay. The worst part came at the end. There was no one at the register for about 10 minutes and then when she finally came she was very rude. She started trying to rush me. She was basically telling customers to get over it they were short staffed I get it since covid everyone is short-staffed no excuse to be rude to customers.
Always order thin crust! That way you taste the toppings more! The Roma is my current favorite and you can't go wrong with Better Boy!
Loved our waiter B-rad. The food did not fail. It was awesome as usual even though we were eating in Gadsden instead of Albertville.
Service was great, pizza was fantastic. This would've totally been 5 stars if it wasn't for our appetizer. We ordered the fried pickles, $6.95 plus tax. We expected, for that price, to be able to split the order very easily between us and our children. When they came, there were literally 24 fried pickle chips. $6.95 + tax = $7.65, $7.65 / 24 = $0.32 for EACH PICKLE
Customer service was good, but unhygienic. Pizza dough was cold. Also takes a while to check out. ?♀️ Wouldn't come here again, but everyone has different experiences.
Crowded Saturday night, but we only waited a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were seated near the door. It was COLD because of people coming and going. Took too long to get our food. The pizza was fair. The crust was bland. They need to watch DDD to learn how to spice it up. Had a good waiter. Was a little pricy.
I just had a Maters Classic Wrap and let me say YES YES YES. I highly recommend it. It was delicious, nothing fell out (which is a normal casualty with wraps), veggies and chicken were spaced throughout the wrap, and I wanted another one when I finished that one!

We spent the night in Gadsden and craved some pizza. This place had great reviews so we tried them. Their deep dish tasted was great.. The crust could use a brush of butter but the sauce/marinara was incredible.Would dine here again if in town
