Not terrible, but not amazing. My steak was ordered med - rare. I got the porterhouse. It was not evenly cooked at all. There was a spot that was MR, but most of the steak was cooked MW-W. That was a good bit disappointing and not the best experience. Also, my Brussels came our completely burnt. Had to get a recook on that. Just not amazing, but not the worst experience I have ever had.
Ordered online and picked up with curbside delivery. All food was temperature appropriate and packaged well. Nothing was missing! Yay!The steaks were done to perfection, tender, and juicy! The Crispy Brussels Sprouts were plentiful and the charred outside and honey butter seasoning paired for an amazing flavor! We'll definitely do this again!
Horrific! Horrible! Food is not even close as being as good as the Rome location. Restaurant was clean, staff was great, but the food was beyond disappointing! Small portions,overcooked chicken with no flavor. Over baked potato that was definitely from the day before then microwaved and served! Ridiculous. Take the drive to Rome location. Much better!
Waitress was awesome. We had 6 adults at the table and she handled everyone like a pro. Answered every question with no problem. Food was great and cooked to perfection.
Very disappointed in this Longhorn Restaurant.The place smelt awful, carpet needs to be replaced. Over all Restaurant needs updated.The fish we ordered (salmon) usually is excellent in the other restaurants, I've been in. But that night, the salmon had no favor at all !!The cheese mushrooms, spicy shrimp, onion soup and salad were good.The service was good and polite.
Excellent food everytime! Ate there twice last week! Best food and service in Gadsden. Found a bird on a nest right outside. Thank you Longhorn and staff! Prices well worth it!
The only good things I can say is the server kept the drinks full, and the Barn theater new how to make a margarita. They forgot our appetizer, and we didn't get it until after our meal was served. I had to ask where it was. All three of the steaks were cooked so badly that it was like trying to eat shoe leather. How you can make a mid rare steak that tough is beyond me. The brussel sprouts were burnt bad enough to be inedible. Couldn't be more disappointed
To the Manager: you have a serious issue with this restaurant. We visited on Wed, March 30, 2022. Unlike other establishments we have visited lately, you appear to have plenty help. Our order was taken promptly and food came out super fast. After taking our order, we never saw our waitress again until she brought the check. Our ribeyes were tough, full of gristle and so over-salted, they were not edible. No one ever came by to ask if everything was ok. When the check was delivered, we were asked if we wanted a box. When I declined, it should have been obvious that there was a reason for leaving an uneaten steak and not wanting to take it home. Before giving me a chance to complain, the server delivering the check was gone. I then complained to the hostess that our food was not edible and she replied “ok”. That’s it - $50+ later for food I couldn’t eat and all I got was “ok”. So, if you were not aware before of how your customers were being treated, now you do. You need to fix it, but don’t expect my business again.
My daughter said it perfect, Longhorn never let's us down. No matter which location the food is amazing. Our server Crystal Hoskins made this stop especially memorable. She managed all our specific requests with a great attitude.
Waiter done fine. Cook not so much. Ask for a well done steak absolutely no pink and sent it out to me even though you you could see pink from the outside of steak.
