Sat in line for 15 mins. 5 cars were served in front of me. Sat at the ordering speaker for 10 mins and never got served. Drove up to the window and there was no one there no m I vement no nothing. Sad way to do business!
Decently fast service every time we have visited this location lately.
Last Night I ordered the 24 Steamer Pack and 10 Krystal chicks. Terrible! Paid over $40 and got cold, soggy Food that tasted like it had been there for a week or so. I would like my money back. I understand waiting a little bit for my food and don't mind at all for hot fresh food, like you should receive every time you go through fast food. Yes, It's called Fast Food for a reason but if i was the manger, I would have make sure everything went out Fresh and Hot, even if customers had to wait a minute longer. they had plenty of help and if they were doing their job, they would have customers bumper to bumper around the building! somebody needs to be looking at the Manager of this one!
Service was slow.. They have changed their French fries that were just not good.. Ill pass on the next visit. To expensive, not good enough for the buck..
