Usually very fresh and often there is a line. I have been here several times and only once was there an issue. That was sadly today. I think someone was new...I will try again though as all my previous visits were great...was contacted and my issue was cheerfully resolved.

The most rude and condescending employees I've ever met for NO REASON. I didn't even open my mouth, had just walked in looking at the menu and the meat cutter girl was just bothered by me... Sarcastic the whole time FOR NO REASON.
I live in Jacksonville and love this location. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. The store, food area looks tidy and clean. Service was excellent. Tamera and Alexa were very polite and made me an awesome cheese steak sub. I'll be back! LOL
