All three of our meals were overcooked and dried out. Atmosphere was unpleasant because cooks and waitstaff were arguing and someone in the kitchen was yelling. Floors were slippery with grease.
Great food, great waitress'a.... the best! Atmosphere was broken by what seemed to be a drunk cook yelling orders out to rest of kitchen and disrespecting waitress's by yelling pickup.... it's a small family place not a diner. Manager needs to get kitchen under control. Mya was awesome in an bad situation!!!
My hubby and I usually eat here (mainly take out) atleast once a month. We love the food. He is a fan of their wings. I love the burgers. My only complaint is that their salads aren't consistently good. Sometimes they are the best thing since slices bread, sometimes the lettuce tastes unwashed and its just poorly put together and not good at all. I really guess it depends on who builds the salads.
We ordered 50 double dipped wings and they were terrible. The wings were burnt.
Excellent customer service and a manager that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure all guests are happy. The foods pretty good but the wings are exceptional. I highly recommend this place it's a lot of fun and delicious.
I chatted with a visiting manager who was there to address labor problems. He and I discussed staffing and labor issues we had both experienced in the hiring process lately.. I waited 45 minutes for six meals to be done and only after he lit a fire under the melancholy staff, he took my five meals to my car.. after driving 15 minutes home I then realized I had to return to go get the sixth meal because apparently 45 minutes wasn't long enough to cook a few chicken tenders and undercooked burgers.. .. they were pretty busy, but it seems as if the cooking staff hadn't developed an appropriate rhythm yet
Ordered 20 lemon pepper wings with well done fries and two teas. As usual they were great and the service was great. Downside is that due to Biden inflation...wings are MORE expensive. This is our usual place for our wing fix
AWESOME!!! Support local and give this place a try! Being from out of town I wanted something different and not a chain. This place checked all the boxes. The people were great too! I will definitely go again when in town!
Hands down the best food I have had. Philly Cheesesteak is Off the Chain!!! Boneless wings, double-dipped and spicy garlic parm were fire!! I would drive 100 miles to eat here!!!
Dined in for lunch on 11/12 and enjoyed my dining experience as always. Nice friendly service from the wait staff and the food was good. I had the 10 piece bone in Lemon pepper teriyaki wings, my wife had the oyster basket and my son had the 5 piece bone in wings, plenty food for about $35.00. One of my favorite places to dine here in Gadsden.
