This location is well kept and clean on the outside. The service was fast. No wait at all.We ordered the eight piece chicken ($14.99) through the drive thru window.When you get extra food you know there is something wrong. We had two chicken fingers in the box that we did not order.This was the worst chicken we have ever gotten from any Jacks location. There is a point that chicken should be thrown out and ours was at least an hour before we ordered it. At 5:00 in the afternoon you would think they would be frying fresh for people getting off work.*** I have never given a two star review for any fast food establishment, this is a first. But I was highly disappointed to have spent almost $19.00 and ended up with food that we had to throw out.
Ordered the two cheeseburger meal with no onion. My food came through the drive thru very fast, probably the quickest I've had at a Jack's. One burger had tomato and all the condiments on it and one was just cheese and ketchup. Don't know if that was just an oversight or if no onions means something else to the line workers. Still tasted good.
Poor customer service... To many employees just standing around doing nothing.. While there drive thru was back up past the front door..
Family atmosphere, great service even when busy, me and hubby do Jack's 2 times a week. Keep up good work thanks all workers

Got a boat of fries and I poured them in a large Jack's fry container and it was less than a large fry. I thought it was suppose to be bigger that a large fry??? WTH
