Rude staff. Totally unfriendly. Spent more time goofing off than working. I am the only one inside the restaurant and it took forever to get a Big Jack combo. The same place that had staff wearing masks last year looking like a bunch of masked bandits is serving food on visibly dirty trays and over half of the tables were dirty. I think I would be focusing on proper sanitation which is what is most important.I was drinking unsweet tea and I go to get a refill and all tea urns had been removed since I got my initial drink. I go the counter and ask for a refill and they tell me they poured out the unsweet tea. Yet it's 8:20 PM and the restaurant is open until 10. The goofy girl said we can pour you some sweet tea. Now why would a diabetic drinking unsweet tea be okay with drinking sweet tea? Hold on....it gets better....then the goofball said we have lemonade. Yes and that has sugar in it as well. What a disaster!Needless to say I will NOT be back at this joke of a store.
Go here everyday and if you would have asked me to review a month ago would havr given 5 stars. Since everyday for the last few weeks my order has either had something missing, or it's just completely wrong you get 1 star. I would give less if I could. Also, you should really change the person on the mic she is rude and makes it very aparent to everyone in drive through that she hates her job and waiting on a customer is a nuisance to her. I will say there is a man that works on the register and sometimes drive through outside and he is the kindest person when he does my order nothing is ever wrong. He may be the only reason I go back to this jacks.

Jack's is always so very fresh with great ingredients. My experiences at Jack's are consistently pleasant. I know I can expect cleanliness and fantastic burgers, well, everything is awesome!. The employees are very nice too!
Pretty decent fast food option. I really love that they have the good kind of ice chips, it's the kind like sonic has and like a lot of places you can get cups of ice free of charge.
Surprisingly delicious. The service was quick and the food was cooked fresh. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it is fast food.
Really disappointed this night. The crew spent most of the time I was there goofing off everyone seemed to be waiting on something. Me I waited on chicken to cook that they left hanging over the oil they cooked it in. At one point they waiting on 7 orders of reg. Fries and 2 larges with one basket on fries cooking. It was total Chaos.
One of the best places to get a great meal and since they started the 2 for 6 deal to pick between ocean flounder or big jack or double cheeseburger that's a great incentive!!
The drive thru was slammed with vehicles 10 minutes before closing and the staff did a great job! Food was spot on.
Can’t do anything right. Ask for legs, they say they only have one after waiting 5 minutes. Then they ask what else so I tell them breasts. I get wings and a charred dried breast. I would have just gotten a refund and gone somewhere else not get 25 minutes away in the middle of no where at home to find out I’m not going to be able to eat any of the meat provided due to the over cooking.
