Its crazy that you can get such ridiculous service from a Drive thru person thats in a manager shirt!! I dont understand why its so hard to fix an order thats messed up, you cant help how the coffee comes out but you can definitely help the fact that you clean out your urn to not have coffee grinds. Pour it into something else so you can pour the bottom grinds out!! Thats just a suggestion though...
Timing on getting my food was fast. The only problem I had was they didn't put enough seasoning on the fires. The seasoning on the fires is why I go there and their sweet tea is actually sweet.
I'm done with you Alabama city Jack's ,spent thousands of dollars there through out the years ,worse food I ever ate from fast food was tonight ,not only was food bad ,askto pull up and after 20 min an seeing 5 cars pull up an get theirs ,had to get out an go in an ask for my food and it was on counter just sitting there engaged an ready no telling how long ,,this could poy be my worst experience at a fast food joint ever ,good job Jack's of Alabama city , I will be sure to tell everyone about it
I came here for breakfast while visiting Gadsden and they have good staff, good selection of food. I wish we had a Jack's in Georgia, they have the best breakfast biscuits, aside from making one at home.
I’ve been to jacks so many times it’s crazy but this is the ONLY location I’ve come to that I have always loved! They hardly ever get the food wrong it’s always fresh and I am in love with the employees they are absolutely great. Id make an hour and half drive just to come to this location
I came through the drive through earlier and my burger and fries were old! Surely this isn't what you'd consider acceptable service! I'd give 0 stars if I could!
Ordered the chicken tender, fries, and pie special. Everything was super hot, fresh, and delicious!
Usually they are very nice. But today I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy, told her I wanted jelly she did ask how many, but I said it didn't matter cause I thought she'd at least give me2 per biscuit well she only gave me and my husband one a piece. So I ask please have 2 more, she proceeded to say I thought she said it didn't matter outloud so I could hear it I just thought that was a little rude
Jacks in Alabama city is a great restaurant to go to. It has a great team and they really do work hard to satisfy every customer that walks in there. I am an assistant manager there serving sense 2016 amd I call that place my secondary home
I was there yesterday about 6:10p.m to order 4 chicken biscuits well done ( last time it was not cooked), regular fry and a chopped steak meal with grilled onions. We waited 10 mins and I went in to find that they have not dropped my chicken yet. The manager said they just dropped it when they saw me come in. I waited an extra 10 mins for my food, she gave me 3 coupons for my wait. Cool!? Not!? I get home and the chicken is not fully cooked and my meat from the chopped steak dinner stank, and I mean it stunk. I just can't figure out how meat can smell so bad and they not notice. Needless to say, we could not eat our food! This was not the standard for Jack's but I guess times are changing and so are they. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Go to any other but not this one. I would have gave 0 stars if I could!
