My family loves their milkshakes the most! They rarely disappoint, but if they happen to do anything wrong they always fix it and try to make up for it..no questions asked.
The thing is that most Jack's are dependable. They provide consistent food. My favorite is the double cheeseburger and the Big Jack.

This is the best Jack's in Etowah County but whoever makes the grits sometimes needs a course on how to cook them. Half the time they are like water with lumps of uncooked grits.
Got 2 3 piece chicken dinners. Wanted all white on both but was told they only had one Breast. Totally fine!!! Decided to do the other with 2 legs and a thigh. Spent 26 dollars……….. got our dinner home to find the chicken was so old and over cooked that the bones were brittle. There was absolutely no meat that was edible on none of the chicken. Spent 25 dollars to legitimately throw the food away. Can appreciate that places are understaffed and would never complain about time spent on edible food……… this is pure laziness. The chicken was burned to absolute nothing
