Convenient location, clean parking lot and bathroom. Clean dining area and drink station.BLT Fried Chicken Salad this is consistently great in every Jacks that I visit. Nice green shredded, airy lettuce, with cheddar cheese, real bacon, and sliced tomato. The chicken is their chick fingers, which are wonderful by themselves but fantastic on this salad, it give it that extra little spice to round it off. A side of hot crinkle fries and you will have the perfect meal.If you love ranch dressing, it is homemade here so ask for extra.
Visited this food chain for the first time. The sandwiches are big, the staff is friendly. The only radon I don’t give them a 5 star is because the children in both sandwiches was cold. They are so busy that they a few pieces keep chicken ready to be served. I specifically asked the cashier to make sure our food was fresh.
I'm from here but moved out of state a while back, but I still come back to visit family. Well this was my new spouse's first trip to Gadsden, so of course we had to come to Jack's! Nothing but high marks, as expected. Even when the drive thru is crazy busy, they still get you in and out faster than any other busy drive thru I've ever sat in. The order was correct and the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The employees were smiling and super sweet and looked like they were having a good time (which if you've ever worked in fast food then you know how hard it can be on the emotions sometimes).Jack's is still everything it always has been, since I was a kid in the 90s all the way up to now. I have literally NEVER had a bad experience at this location over the years. As busy as they stay (due to the falls being right there), they are still working miracles at this location on a DAILY basis, whether it's by the sheer number of orders they put out or just by the fact that they manage to always be smiling through the chaos.Now, if you are reading through all the reviews, I'm just gonna say this: be wary of the bad reviews. People who treat fast food workers badly are usually the ones who have something negative to say about the places they go, and always without including how THEY treated the fast food staff. I'm just saying what every retail worker wishes they could say. The customer ISN'T always right, especially when they feel somehow entitled and don't know how to treat the hard working people who are just trying to get through the day and make their living.To those negative people, and to the ones who are coming here thinking about saying something negative, I just want to remind you that it costs $0 to be kind! Especially in this years-long pandemic. You're fortunate they're even open at all. Be grateful. I know I am. :) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JACK'S!!
I ordered an egg and bacon plate and a large water this morning at this Jacks. Right before I pulled up to the window, I realized I left my debit card in my baby's diaper bag that I left at her babysitter's house when I dropped her off this morning. I explained and apologized to employee at window and was about to pull off when manager and employee stopped me and gave my order to me anyway.I never stop for breakfast but this morning I wanted some Jacks. This may not seem like a lot but it was to me. I will be back tomorrow to pay for this order but I wanted to say thank you to that employee and manager who blessed me this morning and I pray they get blessings in return.
We eat at least once a day if not more at Jacks at Noccaloola Falls in Gadsden. They have the friendliest team just Southern hospitality at its best. I stop there not only for the great food but because of the smiles I get from their awesome staff. Food is great and if they happen to make a mistake with an order they fix it fast with a smile and heartfelt apology. Congratulations to the owner of this Jacks. You gave an awesome team. Give them a pat on the back. They deserve it.
They accidentally, while doing the drive thru orders, forgot to fill our inside order. But that happens, no big deal. Other than that, many happy smiling faces.
