This particular restaurant has gone down , the food quality ,orders were wrong missing food fries were well done and inetable.. night manager was rude and the cook that night was the only reason I received my food after waiting for 30 min...
Food was hot, fresh and clean! Hamburgers did not taste like a dirty grill. Will make that place My Jack's!!Great job mr or miss manager!!
I ordered two cookies and cream milkshakes and received two cookie dough milkshakes with some cookies and cream on top I definitely noticed the difference
If you've never tried Jack's I highly recommend them as one of the best fast food places. The food is always cooked fresh and their fries are some of the best out there. Sometimes I just have to stop and get some fries because they are what hits the spot.Today I got the Grilled Chicken BLT Salad. The chicken on there was delicious, did not take like processed chicken but fresh instead. The ranch tatse homemade and is perfect. Great salad to get of you're trying to eat healthy.
They are lazy employees. I’ve ordered a gravy biscuit and they put grits on it and then tried to cover it up with gravy. Ordered another gravy and biscuit and I should’ve just order a biscuit with a soufflé cup of gravy. I don’t know if it’s new management or what they have going on but the food is beginning to be awful.
Jack's consistently makes the food wrong and no matter how clear and precise you are about your order, it isn't correct. I've visited several times and it's disappointing. I wait until I go to other towns to get food from their Jack's.1 year later.... and this is still a horrible establishment for good service and good food. After asking for fresh fries, we still received cold, subpar food. I don't understand how you expect money for this type of output. My husband went back to get it corrected. It is sad how unconcerned the workers and management are at this location.I won't be returning this time... not even another year later to see if anything has changed.
Rudest bunch of employees I have ever come across. They will literally look at you while you’re waiting and not ask if they can help you. Will never eat here again.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered 3 piece chicken snack. Maybe…. Just maybe 10 fries (being generous here) and three itty bitty nugget size chicken (no exaggeration). I mean I was hoping for a little more bang for my buck. Not hardly worth $7 + tax.
I don't know what the woman's name was but she was working drive thru. I ordered 3 biscuits and a breakfast sandwich a cup of ice and a lg Dr pepper which I only paid for the food not the drink or ice, but I had to ask for my receipt which she was very hateful about and then I was looking at it cause I knew the amount was not right for what I ordered, so I was gonna ask for it but no she slammed the window in my face... So I did call her a [email protected]*#@ as I drove off... So I called to ask for the manager which I'm pretty sure was there but was told he was off today.. we go there often but I'm really gonna try and go to Hokes Bluff or Rainbow Drive next time.. undoubtedly Misty was off because she wouldn't allow such behavior!
