The sandwiches were good. The young man who took our order was sullen and acted as if he was bothered by our presence.The only thing that will bring us back is our occasional Firehouse sub addiction. Maybe he'll find a job more suited to his personality (the DMV maybe) and someone else will be at the register next time.
I have been going to many other Firehouse Subs and this is the worst of any of them. I don't understand how this one is still operating, theyshouldbeshutdown. I will never have any of my friends and family go to this one.
I have to say this about this restaurant, they fix any mistakes with out making the customer feel like they are a problem. I will definitely eat here again and again. They are also fast and efficient. The employees are friendly and polite. Keep up the good work.
I only have one issue and it has nothing to do with the employees or anything....they don't have a baby changing station.

Management and employees are rude. They messed up my sandwich and when I went to the cashier she laughed and walked away. She then went to her friends and talked about me and was pointing. I will never be back and waste my time again
Ordered online which made things quicker. First time ever for Firehouse and the sandwich was ok. A little expensive for my taste. Definitely not the best I've ever had.
Always fresh and hot subs. Friendly staff.
