My wife and I ate at the El Tapatio ll restaurants today for lunch. I picked a new item the Al Pastor Burrito . Something new instead of one of my favorites. Ok it’s different roast pork , the pineapple and rice Ok I’m giving it a 10 out of 10 for originality. Now as for taste it gets a 15 out of 10 , this dish is fantastic it’s fresh the pineapple just adds to the roast pork . I WANT ANOTHER ON RIGHT NOW!!!!! Please never take this off the menu, this has become my FAVORITE dish!!

The food was very nice. I enjoyed the salsa and cheese dips. I got an enchilada with rice and beans. I didn't like the sauce they had on it, but other than that is was delicious. My boyfriend got two cheese quesadillas. He liked them, and said they were the best he's had in a while. The staff was ever so nice, and every time I was low on my drink they would come by and refill it, along with our chips and salsa. Definitely would recommend, and will come back for sure. If you're looking for cheap place to enjoy this is the spot. The veiw was also very nice from the window seat.

I literally LOVE this place!! I’ve been here three time now and I cannot get over how good it is. I’ve never been interested in Mexican food beyond the chips and queso, but I ordered a chicken quesadilla and ate the entire thing. Let me tell you, it was SO. GOOD. This coupled with the amazing view over the lake puts this place in my top 5 restaurants.

Server was a bit slow but she had 4 tables to serve. But we had a very long wait ti get our food too.

Employees are friendly and efficient. Drinks and meals were delivered promptly. Food was hot and fresh and of sufficient quantity. Tortillas were fresh and warm. The only thing we didn't like was the salsa. It tasted more like ketchup than salsa but everything else was good.

First of all this was the worst food ever. Second they charged my 2 yr old for an adult plate. Third they never gave a refill. Never recommend this place. They could definitely take lessons from another restaurant to be better. ?

Absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant. Food is always hot and on point. Service is outstanding! Manager made at least three trips around the dinning room checking on everyone my last visit.

The food is good but my experience working there could have been better. I tried my best to do a good job there (I was a busboy) but I didn’t meet their standards… and although I technically didn’t do anything wrong… I was let go without warning or an explanation. That was highly unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful.. ???

Real good food there, And reasonably priced, our waiter was especially good ?

Ordered tacos de carne asada..... (not street tacos) came out completely covered in foil, before I could unwrap the waitress gave a drive by obligatory “does everything look ok?” While walking away. Got the foil off only to see about 2 cups of cilantro chopped up onto 3 tacos. No exaggeration. The menu description has no mention of cilantro. I tried to clear enough to possibly eat it. (Nope it still tastes like soap to me) I pointed out to the waitress that it doesn’t say that it comes with cilantro on the menu, she immediately wanted to argue, but said what can I bring you? So I ordered enchiladas rancheros, with beef. Ok, so basic Mexican/Tex mex dish. Raised in Texas and I know Mexican food.... this is not it. Server basically threw my plate in front of me, it looked like a pile of slop. I feel sorry for the people who live in that area and have never experienced good Mexican food. My daughter’s taquitos were dry and definitely not worth eating. Horrible food, rude server. Do not recommend. The pile of cilantro in pic is half of what was on 1 of the tacos. Not to mention the tomatillo sauce wasn’t given with the order either. When they brought my replacement plate they didn’t even give me hot rice.
