Ordered online and came all the way to pick up my food sat at the drive thru speaker for over 20 mins and no one spoke to me at all, drove around to go in since a sign said the dining room was open and the doors were locked... There were about 4 other cars who sat and waited at the speaker and still no answer $30 worth of food and I still can't believe no one was there... smh DQ can do better

Cheese burger was cold , cheese wasn't even melted like slice of cheese was just put on pattie had four slices of pickle and a lot of ketchupFries were hot and greasy hardly any salt and no napkins in bagWe went to drive thru then sat in parking lot and tried to eat got fed up so took left overs home and our German shepherd love itNever going back to Dairy Queen again
Feb 19 2022 very disappointed. My elderly Mother asked me to take her to DQ. She ordered the hamburger basket deal. I had not finished ordering my meal and they had already handed her meal to her. Her burger was cold. I went to the counter and asked to see the manager. The cashier went and told her. The cashier told me it would be a few minutes. I kept waiting and the manager would never come greet me. She was working the drive thru and she would look at me but kept waiting on all the cars coming thur. Finally I went back to my table. Someone came to my table and asked did you need something. I said I would like to see the manager. She said who are you looking for? I said I would like to see the manager. She said Iam the manager. I knew she wasn’t and she didnt have a name tag on neither. My Mother explained to her the burger was cold. This woman argued the food was just made fresh. My Mother told her it couldnt have because they handed it to her to quickly. My Mother told her it had to be premade sitting under some warming lamp. The woman said we dont use any warmers and we make up 6 at a time so they are always ready when someone orders. She continued to argue there was no way the burger could be cold. I wonder how long their premade 6 sit there?
I got a banana split, it was poorly made & tasted horrible I don't know what could have made ice cream taste this horrible. The rest of my family got blizzards and they also did not enjoy their ice cream. I only ate the banana on mine. Highly disappointed

Omg... I won't ever go back. My husband that is 6 foot and 200lbs, who can put some food down, didn't eat his burger. My burger was cold, the bread was hard and waaaaay too salty. For the price we paid I feel the food should have at least been edible. When I reached out to the restaurant, I was told "that's funny cause no other customers had complained".
The worst experience I have ever had! Came in at 8:30PM and after ordering was told they close at 9PM. Took 15 minutes to get our order for them to forget some items. After getting our food at 9PM we sat down to eat. The lights were turned off on us for a few seconds and then they turned them back on. Soon after a lady approached our table to tell us they closed at 9PM and never said anything to the other customers in the dinning area. At about 9:10 we were trying to leave but the doors were locked and had to wait for someone to unlock the doors for us to leave. Like I said one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We will never go back!!!
What you would expect from DQ, a cold burger but a great Blizzard afterwards.
Went tonight to get a banana split a drink and another ice cream the banana split was made 1/4 size it normally is when I ask for it to be remade the girl in the window we to remake didn’t remake it just pour more juice when I ask for manager she said she was which I new she wasn’t cause of her shirt wouldn’t allow me talk to someone else just kept getting a attitude . I was tell her Ik the banana split was made wrong cause for 1 I use to work there and 2 my husband get them every week. Corporate really need to get night shift under control
