Seated @ 7:34pm- at 8:22pm we still have no food. We waited for about 15 minutes for drinks.Womens bathroom is nasty and dated. The manager clearly hasn’t walked the grounds to check the cleanliness of the restaurant.Blinds with splattered food, caked on so this didn’t just happen today, dead flies in the window seal. Look at the exhaust fans as well, lint and dust built up.We haven’t visited this place in two years from the continual poor service provided since Scott left!!The only positive is that they have replaced the cushions in the seats.Update, ask to speak with a Manager after sitting for an hour and half with NO FOOD…. she wasn’t receptive to constructive criticism she literally told me she has been a manager for two weeks and will comp our two drinks and chips and salsa and literally stormed off!Manager material…. Get her some anger management classes please !!
Got there at 4:15... 15 minute wait for table... because lack of servers. Ok, sit at bar...ordered hamburger, no avocados... change order.. out of the vegetable for side, had to listen to bartender talk about his exes first and third husband's and how they are working things out. I know things are tough but doesn't mean the employees can ignore part of the job because some cute girls come in.
Usually very pleased , But this visit was very disappointing, But now I have to revise my review..Yes there were numerous mistakes made on a extremely easy order. Called the store and I was disappointed in response. But did leave a message in survey to corporate at the end of order and I have received a very nice apology from corporate and a gift card to cover a future visit . Which Is all I wanted was to be acknowledged that there was an issue that needed to be addressed. WE all have bad days and make mistakes, and by acknowledging that there was an issue is all That can be expected...I love chilis and this just shows me that My issues were important to them , so Thank you Chili's for doing the right thing.. You have kept a loyal customer. Loyal And Happy ??..
I only give one star because I have too...This place is terrible!!! We took our son and his girlfriend to dinner and the appetizer was soggy and disgusting then we waited over an hour for our food. When we finally got it the food was literally cold!! Then we said ok well let's order dessert and it was microwaved the bread was hard around the edges and they had no actual spoons so they gave us plastic spoons to eat with. The waitress was ok. The only thing that tasted OK was the corn and it was over cooked....Never will we eat here again! Oh and we asked to be heated outside at 8:30 at night and was told they had just closed the outside area...At 8:30p.m.....On a Friday night....DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AND WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.
Took 45 minutes to get my food. Manager has an attitude. All my food was cold. Steak had been cut in half. Did not get a 6oz steak got a 3 ounce. Was very apparent that it had been cut on. I ordered medium rare got well done. Steak was tough. They gave me too much change and I gave it back to manager and not even a thank you. Nothing is right. I mean how hard is it to mess up instant mashed potatoes.
Of course the restaurant is short staffed. Totally understand that. Had no issue waiting an hour and a half. Was actually glad to do it cause the hostess was SUPER sweet. She was busting her tail to help the waiters bus tables so that she could help sit people faster. Our waiter was ok. Nothing complicated about the order. I ordered the triple dipper. Easy right? Boneless wings, big mouth bites and egg rolls. The waiter asked about the sauce on my boneless wings. Honey chipotle. Wings came with habanero on it. Waiter took it back to make it right, so kitchen staff, dipped wings again…….in habanero again then covered that with honey chipotle. So not what should have happened.Finally after 10 minutes of tracking waiter down, they took it back. At that point I was DONE.Best of luck to this place. I won’t be back.
Very delicious and filling curbside to go meal! I would definitely recommend. Good portions for the price and all the food was hot, well seasoned and overall very very good! Fast service too.
I had a really bad time today. Our loaded fries were so dry, My husbands burger was burned and dripping grease, and my shrimp pasta was overloaded with spices. Our waiter prioritized his other table over us and we waiting a good 10-12 minutes before we received a refill. It was all in all a bad experience and not worth the price.
Wonderful venue next to a gorgeous sight. Enjoy your food next to the Coosa River and see the ducks as they waddle about their day. We sat at an outside table since the weather was finally warming up, and it was a great choice. Our waiter tended to our every need, without a second's delay. Drinks were never empty, and our food was awesome. I ordered the ribs and they were very tender, but a little dry on one end. The corn was super juicy and the french fries were alright. For dessert we had a cookie with a vanilla ice cream scoop on it, which tasted a lot better than I could describe it, haha! The chocolate chips were still gooey, and the dough of the cookie was crisp and soft. And at the end of the meal, I got a to-go drink, and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon weather. There's even sidewalks right outside the restaurant if you'd like to walk off the calories you just ate, or you can sit on the benches available and relax with the river breeze.
Don't eat here unless you like undercooked bad food, when you tell the manager about it they will only offer more of their crappy food. No thanks.They will contact you acting like their food won't make someone sick after you talk to the manager that told you they cook the Burger Bites medium, I guess that explains why they are pink inside. But they are taking temps on the food constantly, Really? I guess you just get food poisoning out of thin air.
