We were the only ones in line. It took at less 15 min to get our order..only one couple in the dining room who waited I know 30 minutes on there food and I think they went up front and got there money back..in the hour we were there I think more people left than got served..but I will have to say the flounder and hush puppies were great.. glad I was not in a hurry…would have left the first 5 minutes I was in there…
They need to shut the Gadsden, Al location down until they get some help. I know it is not the fault of the few employees on staff but the service inside and out is extremely slow. I was only the third car in the drive through and it took 25 mins to get up to the ordering point and another 25 mins to get to the window. Almost one HR to get an order of shrimp.We love the food but the service has to improve or they can't stay in business.
No help . They had to close down the dining area at 2pm only drive through not enough worker. Dining room had a bad smell like old water. Restrooms had no supplies.
Convenient two entries into the parking lot. The wait at the drive thru was 10 minutes with three cars ahead of me, but with staffing problems now a day that’s not too bad.I ordered cheese sticks and a fish sandwich.The cheese sticks are definitely the best in town. Eight breaded mozzarella sticks. Hot and gooey inside and crispy on the outside. Perfectly seasoned. I could eat them everyday with their honey mustard. At around $3.50 I can make a meal out of them. The tea is awesome too.The fish sandwich is two huge pieces of their battered fish on a generous size plain bun with tartar sauce and lettuce. So if you like their fish you will like this sandwich.I can’t comment on the staff because there was no interaction other than asking me if I wanted to order whatever the special was before I ordered and stating the amount at the window.
FIRST AND FOREMOST I AM SORRY I MUST LEAVE ONE STAR ONE STAR TO MANY THE MANAGER AMY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE RESTAURANT ALWAYS APPEARS DIRTY AND THE STAFF VERY UNDERTRAINED WHILE I CAME IN THE CASHIER WAS EATING HER CAPTAIN DISEASES SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS WHILE EATIN HER CAPTAIN DISEASES THE RESTROOMS ALWAYS APPEAR MORE DIRTY THAN CLEAN THE NEW NAME SHOULD BE***CAPATAIN DISEASES***
We dined in. The food was great and we didn't wait long on our order. The employees were fun and nice especially Za, he cooked the Talipia meal and it was on point. Thanks for a pleasant dine in experience today. Stay safe all.
It's OK our food is mostly wrong as in something is always left out but I have had good experiences as well and the staff is friendly most of the time !
I understand being short handed. But we waited for 35 min in drive thur from start to finish. The dining room was closed. But if your customer are willing to wait you make sure the food is hot and looks good
Even with online pre-paid ordering there was a long wait to receive the meal .Waited more than 25 minutes past the promised delivery time.When I inquired about the protracted delay( as I had a small order of 2 sandwich combos and 2 desserts) I was given a lot of excuses and told that they are understaffed and doing the best they can.
Due to staffing they only had drive thru...little bit of a wait but the Food was Hot when we got it.
