We was in town for a high school fishing tournament which was conveniently right down from the restaurant! We was able to walk down to the weigh in! Our waitress was super nice! I got the street tacos!! I would definitely recommend them!!!
The wings were amazing! I recommend Asian Zing or Spicy Garlic. This particular BWW has a really nice walking trail outside by the lake. Walk off that fried food!
I thought the food took a little long to get to the table but it was worth the wait!
One of my favorite restaurants to go to for wings. I was so happy when I saw the one in Gadsden when it opened. Excellent wings, wide variety of sauces. Lots of TV's all playing sports of some kind.
Our waitress was fantastic and did very well with the large table. She knew the menu very well and was very sweet.
Ordered six traditional wings to go. When I got home which was only a five minute drive, I found that the wings had been sitting, dry and very greasy. Also, these wings compared to other establishments are very small. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was disgusting! Very dry with no flavor and the "chicken" seemed to be from a can. BWW...very disappointing! Will not go back! Wasted $$$$$

We've ordered 3 times. Each screwed up our orders. Annoying, but it happens. However, this location is, by far, the only BWW I have ever had to call absolutely disgusting. This location is not going to make it. They can't even put together something on their own menu with correctly.. It's one plate, no changes... How do you exclude and replace with other items without telling anyone? How do you put so much sauce on wings it turns into soup? How do you offer to get a sauce for someone to try and come out with a DIFFERENT sauce without saying ANYTHING until tasted and asked, because they were out of the one you offered?! You could have brought them something with an ingredient they are ALLERGIC to! These people should not be employed in ANY food industry that work at this location... And oddly, the main thing that ticked me off was being given cold, hours old cheese sticks on a packed Friday night.. The rest? That's just explaining how ridiculous this location is. I've never been to a BWW that was inedible. This location is destroying any positive reputation BWW has. I will ensure to dissuade anyone from ever going to this location. Oh, one of my sauce cups had a black or brown/black hair.. No one in my family has that color hair.. Thankfully, I had backup sauce ?.. Health inspector would probably have a field day.
This was my first time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings and I was very disappointed. I called to place an order for pickup and the lady "Amayia" was rude and hateful and rushed my ordee and was unwilling to help me by answering my questions. She didnt even get my order right and i ended up having to go somewhere else to get my kids food because she didnt put my order in right, then argued with my husband about what i ordered when he tried to tell her the correct order. So much for the customer always being right. I was charges $61 for 30 traditional wings and 3 chicken tenders!!! When i got my food it was luke warm at best. The wings weew over cooked and barely any sauce. . I am very upset and disappointed and would not recxommend this place to anyone based on this visit!!! Not a good first imperssion. When we tried to call and figure out why we were charged $20 for 3 chicken tenders we were put on hold for 25 mins and then "got disconnected" called again and the rude lady answered the phon and when we told her who we was and started asking questions she said "youre gonna have to hold" we eventually just hung up because we got tired of trying to get her to explain it to us... Get new staff!!!!oh and .ases off this experienxe i give it ZERO stars. It just wouldnt let me pick less than 1
We had a great waiter. So I want you to know he was not the problem.First of all the drink prices are outrageous at 3.29. Our food was delivered to the wrong table by someone other than our waiter. They took the food off that table and then it was delivered to us. I watched them deliver it to that table and then bring it to us. I told them I didn’t want it and when it returned a few minutes later. It was gone long enough for the fries and the burger to be cold, so I know they didn’t make me a knew one.The other dish we ordered was the tots with the brisket and they were also cold upon arrival.We have decided we will probably not go back.
