Tried to pick up an online order last night and when I got there it wasn’t there. When I ask the cashier I was told they didn’t get one. I asked if she could just put in my confirmation number or look at where I ordered it and make it because I WAS AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AND I WAS CHARGED. She said no again and so I ordered different food. She gave me crinkle fries instead of curly fries and then the roast beef sandwiches where soured. I love arbys but this was not cool.
Food is always great here, but today we had a cashier, Gabriel, who was excellent. We had our 8 month old with us and she was wonderful with him. She provided 11/10 services and she definitely deserves a promotion.
Good food for the money try them some time
I love Arby's I've been a fan of them for probably 50 years. They are very good for a fast food restaurant they are excellent I am I love the recipe for just the original Greek gyros I love their roast beef I love most of their food that said I always enjoy going there the staff is always really good they do a good job the store is very clean they distance us well and you don't feel really weird about it which is pretty cool and I just want to thank him they do a good job
They prepare a special sandwich for me at this location and I enjoy it very much.
This was the East Gadsden Arbys. Tables were Sticky & Dirty! Sandwich order was wrong had to return it & have it made again. Then it was so messy & tasted odd that I had to throw it away. The Crinkle Cut Frys were wonderful. Hot. This was lunch time on a Friday. With only 3 tables of Customers.This store needs a deep cleaning.
Good sandwiches, I very rarely eat fast food, but we had to in this situation. Very surprised.

I was in a hurry, didn't dine in....but went inside to order.The drive through line was long!No photos this time....
I know there is a shortage of employees at every restraunt in town..but I feel like it only takes a few seconds to check an order to make sure it’s right ..our food was cold we didn’t get all of our order there were no sauces that were requested.and the employee was rude..when I called to complain about the missing food items they were still rude ..I will never go back to this location
