I like most of their food that I have tried. I don't eat a lot of fast-food, but It's my goto when I do, and better quality than most of the others. My favorite it the grilled chicken sandwich and the zalads. There's always generous meat sizes on both
My favorite chicken strips, sauce and Texas toast. Cold slaw is great also. My husband might he addicted to the Nibblers!

Price has increased exponentially!!! Food quality is terrible. I realize we are in a pandemic but chicken is dry along with cold fries. I have always loved Zaxbys but it is too bad we won't go any time soon. Foley, Alabama.
Best take home lunch is any one of Z's zalads with chicken.The blue salad has plenty of blue cheese crumbles. Cobb salad includes egg halves for additional protein. Quickly prepared and super fresh with crisp greens, bacon and fried onion bits, etc. Complete meal!
Been here twice, both were not a good experience. First time i ordered online pickup, order was completely wrong. Gave it another try and the second time the fries had no seasoning and were soaking in oil, literally soaking with cooking oil.
If I could give zero stars I would.. but that's not a option.. first off they have an 82 on the health department score..(eew..) I bought the boneless wings meal for my wife and when I got it she bit in and they were cold.. really cold.. so I parked and went inside. They replaced it and then we open it and find a hair right on top of the fries.. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! felt like they did it on purpose..
I ordered a Buffalo salad and instead of my chicken being dipped my salad was covered in the sauce (like you would do with the ranch) and it had way too much along with my chicken tenders on my wings and things are supposed to be DIPPED and got sauce poured over them in the container once again way too much and my fries are covered in sauce now. I understand it was close to closing but still I can’t enjoy my salad bc it has so much sauce it’s gross and my boyfriends fries are drenched in sauce too and they shouldn’t be. Please do better
Good food and service. Hours are random due to staffing issues. No milkshakes here
I ordered two wings and things and got subpar meal the toast was stale and crazy hard and I was told we had to wait for 15 min for wings I received our drinks and was thirsty drank my drink while waiting and when I asked for more tea they took my cup then gave it back empty saying they don't give anymore and we then got rushed boxes making me wonder where the wings that where supposed to take 15 came from not very happy being I payed over $28.00 for the food and drinks I felt the service was wanting and inadequate ! Hope Zaxby's gets better so sad they have come to this level might as well go somewhere else in the future!
