Absolutely terrible!!! We ordered, and waited over 25 minutes for our food which was honey barbecue chicken sandwich, onion rings, southern bacon burger and fries. The food was cold and the burger actually made my husband feel nauseous. The people beside us waited for a half hour for their food. We will NOT eat at the one in Foley, Alabama again.

Horrible experience, went through the drive thru with pretty simple order. They got it wrong, got an attitude from several employees, they remade my food and got it wrong yet again. I went back to the window, and got even more attitude before they finally through my food at me practically.

Make sure you check your order when ordering drive thru! Do not just look at the wrapping and see if the sticker says what your sandwich is, I mean open it up and make sure that what is given is the actual thing you ordered. I ordered a patty melt, the sticker stated it was a patty melt in the bag, but imagine my disappointment when I got a burger instead. Not only that, two other burgers were made wrong as well. I have never been so disappointed with my order. If I had wanted my order to be made wrong, I would have gone to McDonald's, and would have paid a lot less for them to mess it up too.
Despite growing up in Texas and understanding the difference in quality fast food quality and service, this Whataburger didn't fail to live up to my expectations. The service was friendly and the burger was typical-Whataburger-good!
Completely unprofessional. I am not quite sure if this was the manager or team leader, but she was extremely rude tonight. I placed an order for curbside pickup and arrived when it said my food was done and ready to be brought to my car. The line was horrifically long so i parked out front and turned my hazards on (Told to do so by the APP). This lady was yelling at me and saying they are shutting down for the night. Overall is was a horrible experience. They forgot like half my order and this manager lady said they cannot refund it. I had ordered for me and my wife. And we had to split my meal. The app is useless. It will tell you that you have a reward or offer, but as soon as you go to use it. It miraculously disappears. The food me and my lady split ended up making us both vomit our brains out. I don't know if something was put in it, but we both have been sick for 6 hours. I will never return here. This is the worst and most stressful experience i have ever had at any fast food restaurant.
Cold burgers and droopy fries. Oh yum. We went to the drive thru and it was pretty quick. We live pretty close so the food should have been warm by the time we got home. But it wasn't. They still have the best ketchup though. Quality sure has gone downhill since Texas sold out.
The food was great. We got a big order during a rush. The burgers were great, but recieved stale French fries instead of the onion rings ordered. Besides that no problems.
If I could give it zero Stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I sat in line at the drive-thru for 46 minutes. I had never eaten at a Whataburger before and I thought man of people are waiting this long in line it must be great! It was the worst fast food I had ever eaten. And that's saying a lot. My fries were cold and limpy! My burger was cold, the cheese was totally melted on top it didn't even resemble cheese. The lettuce was all wilted and the tomato slice looked like it has been sliced the day before and left out overnight. I would have taken it back but there was no way I was waiting forever again to get my money back. $12.00 spent on a disgusting meal that went right to the garbage!! Will never eat there again . I would not recommend this place to anyone! The worst ever!
