System down 1.5 hrs before closing, sure I’ll wait in line the 15-30 minutes they say it will take—NP. Two cars in front curiously got their food&completed transactions. Get to the window-“why are you here?”—I said I have exact change, cash and ya’ll have food. I’m diabetic, its midnight, what do you have? MGR says give her nuggets and fries as if there is nothing else in the house—I can’t even have a sack or drink...NOPE) Paid $10.10 for $7.00 worth of food and attitude—& they refused to walk out and inform the 10-12 cars behind me because it was raining WOW
I am terribly disappointed. I ordered a Baconator last night at this Wendys. I was served a single patty with only 4 small chunks of bacon. Maybe the equivalent of 1 piece of bacon. Tonight, I went back and ordered another Baconator. I specified 2 patties. (I feel that since ALL pictures of Baconators are shown as 2 patties, should be standard.) This sandwich had 2 patties, but still on 4 small, TINY, chunks of bacon. No more than 1.5 pieces of bacon. I am terribly upset and expect more from you
I was in the drive-up line for breakfast at 10:15 am. There were only four cars ahead of me. They were so slow that it was 10:31 before I reached the place to order. Next I was told it would be just a minute. Finally at 10:33 she was ready to take my order. I asked for a Breskfast Baconator Combo only to be told they were no longer serving breakfast! I was very frustrated and disappointed to say the least. I don’t feelI should have been denied a breakfast because they were so extremely slow! I know they have to cut it off to switch to lunch, but the cars in line well before 10:30 should be given the choice. The car in front of me ordered before 10:30 and was able to order lunch. He should have been denied because they were still serving breakfast. Fair is fair!
Order was correctly taken and delivered for 3 people. We went through the drive thru. Pretty fast service. Food was a good temperature. Service was nice.
Awful! I hate to say it, but it has become a unfriendly establishment. Orders are usually wrong or missing stuff. And it isn't just me it's other customers that are staying in there with me that have either had to park from going through the drive-through and getting the wrong stuff or coming in personally and coming back in because they were given the wrong stuff or not all their order I don't know what happened to it but I hate it it's just you don't want to go there anymore
I usually get good food at Wendy’s. Not tonight. I ordered the bourbon bacon cheeseburger meal at the drive thru. My fries were cold. My burger had almost no flavor at all. There a tiny amount of bacon in the center. I was so disappointed.
Ever since they have advertised crispy fries, I have found their other food to have definitely improved as well. The staff has been nice and I appreciate their hard work. Especially in our current times. My go-to meal is usually the Spicy Chix Sandwich Combo. If you like real sweet tea, they do a great job at it.
I placed a mobile order through the Wendy’s website 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I waited an additional 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. When I reached the window, the employee informed me that my order was being prepared and asked me to pull up. She said it would be ready in four minutes. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order to come out. Staff was rude and restaurant wasn’t busy.
All I can say is wtf......!
The food was fresh and hot when we got it
