Julie who worked on Saturday march 19, 2022 between 11-11:30 is by far the WORST customer service person I have met. Came in for a to-go order and she claimed it was company policy to not take a to-go order until customers who were waiting inside to be seated, we’re all seated. She then began to talk bad about me in front of tables (interrupted the lady taking my order, to bad talk). The manager watched it all go down & not once came up to me and apologized. Our food came out wrong, and before you ask we tipped 20$ still on a 20$ order. This is coming from someone in the restaurant business, they were not too busy to take my order.
Great staff, food was fresh, hot and fast!
Grits were lumpy and she said that they were just thick. Rude horrible service. She said I said I wanted ham I never have ordered ham in my life. Don’t argue with the customer. I found hair in my food. Now she probably thinks that I’m complaining and trying to get a free meal. When I am at waffle house and I get decent service I tip the price of my meal. I left her one penny tip.
