Very Good Pizza, but stay away from the wings. My wife and I both got. 10” pizza, and I got a Caesar salad. They even had my favorite cream ale from Big Beach in Gulf Shores Best pizza I’ve had in Foley, so far. I recommend it. Eating wings at a pizza parlor is a chance you take. My wife even thought they tasted rancid. Stick with the pizza and you should be happy.

BEST EVER!we had the brick oven cater our wedding with 67 pizzas and it was the best choice! they are so very friendly and so easy to deal with.everyone at our wedding loved the pizza and it was such nice pizza too! it is very full of flavor and you can tell that it is made very high quality! the owners were very nice and made the process so easy for us! we are so thankful for them! we had no problems at all, communication was so clear, delivery was quick, and the pizza was hot!
The Brick Oven has the best pizza ever. We have eating it many pizza places but the Brick Oven has them all beat. When we order pizza from them we order the pizza called The Brick Oven. it is pretty spicy so if you're not too crazy about spicy Pizza you may want to get a different kind of pizza from them. We ate there about 2 days ago and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and there again that is absolutely fabulous. I strongly suggest the brick oven I promise you will not be disappointed. We will definitely keep going to The Brick Oven.
I ordered the Brick Oven special and the sauce was doused with crushed red pepper. I like spicy food. I put jalapeños on just about anything, but that pizza was so spicy hot I could not eat it. Everyone else in our party liked their food but I could not eat mine. It took so long to get our food that I didn't bother to complain. I could not wait another hour for a replacement.
If you ever try their pizza, you will not go anywhere else! This is our go-to for pizza! My favorite is Chicken Alfredo pizza! OMG it is the BEST! Their calzones are great too. My favorite dessert is their cannoli! The service is top-notch! Shandi is the best, and Teresa is great! Jayme & Mike - the owners - the exceptional!
BEST PIZZA EVER!!! I seriously challenge anyone reading this to find a better pizza in the area. I've also had their spinach dip and it was very delicious as well. You won't be disappointed here. Prices are good and the service is always quick, even when the dining room is packed. If you want great pizza stop reading and call now! You will never want to order pizza from anywhere else again.
I hadn’t eaten here in years, not since it was doing business under a different name. It was probably smart to change the name, because the brick oven is the main attraction here. It lends their pizzas that smoky, charred crust that is a notch above the competition. In a city with several great pizza places, though, that’s not enough to stand out. While this is far and away better than any of the big name chains, I don’t think the quality of their pizza toppings rises to that of, say, Mellow Mushroom or even Portabella’s in Uptown Foley. But neither of those places has that brick oven crust, so I guess it depends on what part of the pizza you prioritize whether this is better than those or not.
Great service and the best pizza we have had since moving to Foley. You must give this place a try! We had the Hawaiian pizza. Awesome!
