I have been to this location in the past month three times. There are three of us that enjoy taco bell but after tonight I will NEVER go back. We traveled from Orange Beach after work doing our best to get there before closing. We got held up in line for about 15 minutes only to get told it was two minutes past closing. And there were three more cars behind us as well. The last time we were there our order was around 40 bucks but I guess they don't need it want out business.
I haven't been through a Taco Bell in a very long time because several of my recent experiences have been gross. However today I went through the drive thru for lunch and the ladies who served me were so nice they absolutely made my day! I ordered the chicken quesadilla and the spicy double beef burrito with a mountain dew. The person taking my order even asked me about sauce which was a nice reminder. My order was correct and both items were well made and absolutely delicious! They looked like the picture and they were wrapped and made well. Very neat and tidy. The people working there clearly take pride in their work. Overall, I very much enjoyed my lunch today.
I travel all over the country and eat Taco Bell regularly. This is HANDS DOWN the best Taco Bell I have been too. Very clean and most importantly, the staff is very friendly. In this day and age, it’s hard to get good customer service, they killed it here. Everyone was friendly.
Elmer helped us at the front. He was awesome and polite. Went above and beyond for my son and myself making our visit exceptional. I had forgotten to get a drink for my son on an online order and he made sure we were taken care of. We need more people like this in the workforce. I am a weekly customer and this just made my day. Will keep on coming back.
I was hoping because it was a brand new building that it would be great. We tried to go by twice this week because hello Mexican pizza, but both times it was closed during lunch!!! So it was finally open today. The workers were terrible. We could get anything ourselves. We had to reply on then and they didn't want to give us enough sauces. I'm disappointed that it's a brand new taco bell and it sucked.
OK, imma try to make this post as simple as possible? Went there at 6:40 last night and I can't even begin to tell you how rediculous it was . It literally felt like the Twilight Zone. I started out by saying that my order was a tad complicated, because I use my own low carb tortillas (CRAZY i know). The cashier responded "Try me". So, I said "I want 3 Cheesy Bean And Rice Burritos .I don't use the tortilla, so I just want the contents put in a bowl . When I order this , the cashier usually just rings up a Cheesy Bean And Rice Burrito with a message that says "no shell " does that make sense ?".......She literally had no idea what I was talking about at all and looked at me like i was speaking another language .... She's like "So you just want sides ? What's all in that burrito ??? Hmmmm , I'm gonna figure out what's all in it, ring up everything individually and then do that 3 times "......the result was that I ended up with 28492 containers of everything that comes in the burrito, holding up the line , way more food than I needed, everyone making the food in the back was super confused, and a total of $10 instead of the usual 4.47. When the manager got involved, things got even worse ? she acted like she also had no idea what I was talking about either.Everyone apologized but I just can't believe how rediculous it was. The whole process of just explaining the order took about 20 minutes. If you come here, keep your order VERY SIMPLE . You've been warned ?P.S. Shout out to CHRIS .He's the real VIP of that place
Food order is usually wrong. I understand being short staffed but they let 20 cars sit in line only to tell us they are closing early due to staffing but failed go out and shut off the drive thru entry. But they also served the 10 vehicles in front of us. I will never give this location in Foley Alabama my business again. Shutdown or hire better people but get it together.
I love Taco Bell. This one is permanently understaffed. Every single employee I've encountered has been great but they never seem to have enough people and are constantly scrambling with long drive thru lines. Your food will be hot, fresh and usually right but it takes a while.
Ever since they moved across the parking lot to the new location we have visited 5 or 6 times and each time, no matter how busy it late it was, our food has been hot and fresh and service has been quick and polite! We got something made wrong 1 time and had no issues getting the problem solved in a very timely manner! Not sure if they did an employee overhaul as well or they just got a new sense of customer service since the move but it has been a wonderful day surprise and they have not let us down one bit! Keep up the good work y'all!
Clean, friendly, and fast. It's been quite a while since I've ventured into a taco bell, so I was pleasantly surprised with the staff AND the food. Thanks to all of you, you made lunch with my daughter very memorable. We will be back!
