Absolutely horrible.hopefully someone will reach out to me if I complain on every platform.i was swindled out of $13 and four dollars in reward tokens from the app.if subway has any self respect as a company they will do there best to be more professional and rectify my problems.it literally took time from my lunch and money from my account and I got nothing in return.
Unfortunately I did not get her name, but when I tell you absolutely superb customer service! We waited in a line about 15ish minutes and people kept coming in. She never got frustrated, kept her composure and took care of all of us as if she had help. GREAT JOB!
