The man named Mike, at the cold brew section was particularly rude while I was inside. He was making fun of another associate named Morgan. Telling quote “that she needed to run drive through because she was clearly on the struggle bus.” He the proceeded to belittle her with comments saying “okay Morgan I’ll continue talking to you the way I am. You people need to remember I have to choose to be nice to you all.” This associate was extremely rude and with the volume he talks at makes it very hard for not only your customers to not feel uncomfortable with the what he is saying to a fellow associate it. It allows for your work environment to become hostile and seemingly awkward to work in. This associate needs some clear people skills and proper work etiquette training for when being on the clock.
If your store hours are posted and it says you close at 7pm or 8pm...then you need to close at those times. Don't lock your doors 30 minutes before closing either. The whole point of a mobile order is to not have to wait in the drive-thru...so instead of running inside to grab my coffee...I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru to pick it up!!
Long interior line due to outlet area being extremely busy. But the cashier, Autumn, had the greatest smile and such a friendly manner, they better keep her.There was maybe 5-10 minute wait to order and also after ordering but drink was good as usual.
The staff is consistently friendly and on multiple occasions have gone out of their way to do something kind/generous to folks going through the line. Drinks are on point as well.
I come to this Starbucks all the time and it’s always a pleasure! Always upbeat and great friendly service! The gentleman in the drivethru today was so helpful and smiling. ❤️
Normal poor service as their printer ran out of paper and they just quit filling orders. Why anyone goes here is a mystery to me.
