I was getting my oil changed and walked over for a little breakfast. They have tables outside to sit and eat. They have a big menu with a button to place orders. I press the button to place my order and they said , we are only taking drive up window orders. I told them, I didn't have a car and they never answered. They were not busy, one or two cars came through. I just think that was rude and lazy.Good customer service would have made an exception.At least put a sign up!
We were so excited to try sonic again after years of not having it, unfortunately, we were let down. We completely understood why it was drive thru only, and why the wait took so long, the lady explained there were only two workers there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this sonic for the poor quality of the food, it was dry and burnt and the burger was put together in a sloppy way, also, the coke was watered down.
Eventually I just stopped going to this sonic because everytime it's a bad experience. Between workers who are abnoxiously rude, can't get an order right or sometimes they won't even answer the drive thru speaker in the mornings.worst sonic I've ever been to.
Went to get a chili cheese dog combo with mozzarella sticks and I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 mins and I ended up getting cold food that was stale to the point that it was not edible horrible experience.
Spectacularly fast, great service. Used the mobile app and got 5 drinks and a small mozzarella sticks for $12!!! Only con is I don’t live around here and will never have as good of a trip again.
Came here on my lunch break. Ordered chicken strips and two double cheeseburgers. Paid $17 for it. Pulled out and tried to eat a strip on my way back to work. Almost broke a tooth on the old dried out chicken they tried to serve me. So I turned around and got a refund. It will take 10 days to get the money back for that. Took the burgers back to work. Tried to eat one of those and noticed they too were both rock hard garbage so I didn’t even take a bite. Opened the burger to see if I could just eat the meat from it. Unfortunately they were not double cheeseburgers, they were single cheeseburgers and the patty wasn’t even half the size of the bun. These people want $13 and hour and they’re too lazy to do their job correctly. Also I heard they have roaches. I will never come back here again. I’ve been all over the country and I love sonic, but this has been by far the saddest excuse of a sonic restaurant that I’ve ever been to. Absolutely disgusting. Total waste of my lunch hour.
I hate to say this has to be the worst sonic ever , we moved around the block and you really can't get breakfast unless you have 25 mins before. Chicken is hard and tots are never good ! I really think they need a good manager or new cooks .
horrible place to order food consider they way they place looks food all over they floor im sueing them for the 5days off free work i did they never called me back either horrible way they run there business i wouldn't suggest any body to work here i have slow adhd after i got fired there manger who fired got fired i didnt get a check in the mail are anything so ill be calling today to get my money if you wont give me my money im sueing you should have my name in your computer system robert Richardson jr it should say my address there no excuse for these business screwing people over ill give youll one star so freaky lucky for that im walking there one day im getting my pay out of 5days they screwed me
Always perfect and fast! The only place I eat in Foley these days! Staff is top notch! Great food, great prices and super friendly crew! 5 star service every time!
All of our food was cold except the mozzarella sticks. Disgusting! Will never go back especially with so many other places too eat. Sonic used to be good. Now they fit in with all the other fast food places, fair to poor...
