Showed up to this Popeyes at approximately 9:27 to a rather lengthy line. I got to the window to order at approximately 9:38 only to be told they closed at 9:30 after I had driven approximately 20 minutes to get there. I explained to them that their site says 10:00 pm and also that I had been waiting in line. They went on to say that “someone” needs to change it online because they close at 9:30 and that there was no food left. I drove around and looked at their sign on the door of the which I took a picture of and it said they closed at 10 as well. Several of the workers saw me taking a picture of their hours of operation and gathered together and started laughing. The absolute worse Popeyes I’ve visited. I do not recommend anyone going here!! Unprofessional and do not honor their hours of operation!!
I was craving some fried chicken tonight. Pulled into the parking lot and saw the front "LOBBY OPEN. I walked up to the door and saw about 10 people waiting in line to order. There were at least 4 or 5 tables with people eating. When I tried to open the door it was locked. It was 7:30 pm. An employee walked out into the lobby and looked at me standing at the front. She just smirked at me and then went back into the kitchen. It was very disrespectful. I won't be going back to the Foley again.
Clean, professional, caring staff. Professional is and understatement. They stay busy, and I see why. There service will make everyone come back. I would put this Popeyes against a Chick-fil-A, and day
Every once in while you got to have your pie pie fix. Pretty good to okay. Help is generally freindly.
My son got the Mac and cheese, the red bean and rice a biscuit 4 piece chicken white he said he missed it so he really enjoyed it . We enjoy our visit together. Great place for a mother and son day
Decided to have some Popeyes tenders for dinner tonight, what a disappointment. Haven't been to Popeyes, for a while, and I really like their tenders, or I did but not tonight. The service was good, had to use drive through, short on help is what the sign on the door stated. The fries, biscuit, and slaw were good, the tenders were all most all breading, and dry. I believe that I must have gotten some tenders that had been sitting for quite some time. I will definitely think twice about returning. Really sorry because I really liked Popeyes.
We ordered the 36 pc nuggets and 2 mashed potatoes they were very busy but stayed friendly and double check the food it was fresh and tasted amazing the place was clean and the staff was well groomed and clean as well , the bathrooms well maintained and clean now to the bad ? they forgot my bold bbq and gave us sweet heat I think it was called but no foul no harm will definitely be back ?
We dined in, and there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between the cashier and the people preparing the food. We waited an extremely long time for our order, though it was hot when it came out so at least it was freshly cooked. We ordered Apple Pies after finishing our dinner and the cashier asked what appeared to be a manager if there were any ready to go, and the manager replied yes and that she would get them. She disappeared into the back and never returned. My husband had to remind the cashier we were still waiting and the cashier then got them from the back. Overall, food is usually tasty but it's not necessarily quick. The employees are relatively friendly and helpful as well.
Good food, they did forget a few items in my order though.. make sure and check your orders before you leave
It was very good with hot, fresh food. Way better than the KFC we ate at last week. 2 piece lunch for $4, hard to beat that deal..
